“Car Star Bellevue is the best! Timely and professional interaction. My baby 2017 Mustang was delivered after repair as it must have looked the day it left the factory floor. FIVE STARS to CAR STAR!”

“My battery died when I was in the grocery store a few days ago. So I phonedroadside angels, who were quite competent and accommodating. I was told it wouldtake an hour and a half for someone to arrive, yet I only had to wait about 30minutes. I was grateful for the quick service I received. A guy came to my aid andwent above and above to ensure that my vehicle was in working order. One of thereasons I picked Roadside angel is because of this. Their quality and expertise areunquestionably outstanding... Thank you very much!!”

“Owner was extremely nice and helped me himself. Got to me within 30 minutes at the crack of dawn. Handled my car well. Took me where I needed and even stuck around after to help me push the car into a better spot. Also want to add that their services were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any of the other places I called. 10/10 would use again whenever I’m in trouble. Definitely recommend to others.”

“Good communications, repair looks nice. They cleaned the car, too, before handing it back. It was an insurance job, so no idea about pricing, but the experience was very smooth.”

“I am giving Ibsen 5 stars even though my car wasn't towed per my choice. I overlooked the 2-hour parking limit at Bellevue Village Center (I'll NEVER visit this place again) on a Saturday morning and Ibsen got the call to tow it away. By the time I got around and figured out the what/when/where it was late Saturday night. I called Ibsen's 24-hour number and got a call back right away. His advise was to pick up the car at their lot when Ibsen opens at 8 Monday morning for the lowest cost. That's what I did and shelled out over $600 to get my car back. Keep in mind that every item Ibsen charged is per state law. Reading the other's comments, they thought that they are being gouged. It might feel that way but Ibsen was fair. It responded promptly and gave clear instructions. It was also upfront about payment methods. I got back the car without any issue.”

“Mike towed my car the other day after I totaled it, so I was obviously not having the best day, and he definitely helped. He chit chatted with us a bit while we cleaned out the poor girl, if I ever have to use them again I hope he's the one dealing with my car, but God willing we never meet again Mike. Thank you so much!”
