“My phone was not working acting up just crazy and so I had to actually go to the T-Mobile store on Rainier avenue next to the Taco Bell. JORDAN was the agent that helped me. I just want to say that he was very professional kind and patient, and answered all my questions. He is the type of people that we need to find more of, that are in the customer service field. I will never forget how patient he was. And also informative, I wish that we could find More people like him that work with people on a daily basis, ,would make the world a better place. “I've had my phone for almost a month now, and I'm very satisfied with it and I am very satisfied with the nice young woman's professional attitude. And I was more than mildly surprised at the very affordable price for my smart phone. As an older man with traditional values I am finding it harder nowadays to find a business place that operates at my level. I don't demand anything, but I do appreciate anyone who goes above and beyond just the basics so that I don't feel like maybe my purchases from a counter where I might feel slighted or maybe the services I would prefer to have are quashed by someone who hates their job so much that they're working on more of an emotionally bent level and everything that happens seems to become more personal. I have never had the time for that type of service. So this place is friendly and very helpful and this is a mitigating factor that makes me happy to give them my business and I know my hard earned money is re-earned by people who are of the same attitude and are honorable.”
“Went to the Cash America Pawn on Sunset Avenue in Renton Washington yesterday and I found that the employees at that business establishment are particularly knowledgeable when it comes to gold and jewelry in general they were very helpful kind and I got the impression that they were pretty honest they've got some nice selection of stuff in there and it's reasonably priced and clean highly recommended I've also went to the Cash American Pawn on Rainier Avenue across the street from the Renton airport and they have been very generous with me in time of need allowed me some loans that I was actually pretty surprised and how much money they gave me when I needed it with collateral that I felt like they could have given me a lot less and they help me out there's some good people down there too they got a really nice selection of stuff as well both of those Cash American Pawn in Renton and seem to be very knowledgeable and kind and generally Pleasant to be around”

They always take the time to see what I have and they try and price it for what I'm looking for. Jackson has particularly saved me on a few pawns where he gave me back 1 or 2 items because one of my items already was worth what I needed.
