Absolutely zero problems getting them setup as well. He even stayed with us after closing to make sure our phones had everything transferred with no problems!”

“Nich, the store manager was outstanding, he greeted us played the role of friendly expert Associate, handed our customer service issues where we could not completely complete the install of the T Mobile Wireless Home Internet, we had a problem re-setting the username and password thru the T-Life APP, could not self-manage and self edit the password and username, we even had a shot at Tech, so Nich played all the roles, even the Tech and correctly walked us thru to the right spot in the APP and we could then customize and personalize our username SSID and the password and he did ditto for my spouse too. All of this within 5 minutes and all of our problems were solved on the first try. I could not get the total install of the Gateway router and the APP over the APP or over the phone, BUT Thanks to Nich, he got it done the first time. While we awaited fixes and upgrades to complete the transactions, he let us converse and get to know each other, so he made it seem like our repair visit was also a chance for both sides to establish rapport. Nich example reminds me it is worth the effort to come into retail store and get the in-person customer service done by an expert caring, great manager and employee like Nich. Aloha Mahalo.”

They always take the time to see what I have and they try and price it for what I'm looking for. Jackson has particularly saved me on a few pawns where he gave me back 1 or 2 items because one of my items already was worth what I needed. “Went to the Cash America Pawn on Sunset Avenue in Renton Washington yesterday and I found that the employees at that business establishment are particularly knowledgeable when it comes to gold and jewelry in general they were very helpful kind and I got the impression that they were pretty honest they've got some nice selection of stuff in there and it's reasonably priced and clean highly recommended I've also went to the Cash American Pawn on Rainier Avenue across the street from the Renton airport and they have been very generous with me in time of need allowed me some loans that I was actually pretty surprised and how much money they gave me when I needed it with collateral that I felt like they could have given me a lot less and they help me out there's some good people down there too they got a really nice selection of stuff as well both of those Cash American Pawn in Renton and seem to be very knowledgeable and kind and generally Pleasant to be around”

“after an aweful experience at the ne 30th kennydale 7/11 i came here and i have also before. the people working are always very friendly and it is sooooo appreciated and i always let my cashiers know this, its important. the man at the other one is so aweful it was literally unbelievable. please if you’re going to frequent any 7/11 in the area, go to the one on 4th and union up the hill first and then this one too. my review is posted on the other 7/11 along with many other shocked customers’ reviews. bring your business to the stores who deserve it”
