“First and foremost I want to thank Joel for the care he showed my grandmother when she came in to get new phone. Unlike her last visit which resulted in the addition of a line she never asked for. He was patient and kind as she suffers from early onset dementia and has trouble with these types of task. He went above and beyond the scoop of his job. As an employee of the company often times people are fake pleasant but Joel’s kindness seemed genuine and that’s something I feel lacks when reps deal with elderly customers. I know sales are important but so is taking care of those who need a little extra help. So thank you again Joel, I know I promised an immediate review but ya know, life!”
“My phone was not working acting up just crazy and so I had to actually go to the T-Mobile store on Rainier avenue next to the Taco Bell. JORDAN was the agent that helped me. I just want to say that he was very professional kind and patient, and answered all my questions. He is the type of people that we need to find more of, that are in the customer service field. I will never forget how patient he was. And also informative, I wish that we could find More people like him that work with people on a daily basis, ,would make the world a better place. “I've had my phone for almost a month now, and I'm very satisfied with it and I am very satisfied with the nice young woman's professional attitude. And I was more than mildly surprised at the very affordable price for my smart phone. As an older man with traditional values I am finding it harder nowadays to find a business place that operates at my level. I don't demand anything, but I do appreciate anyone who goes above and beyond just the basics so that I don't feel like maybe my purchases from a counter where I might feel slighted or maybe the services I would prefer to have are quashed by someone who hates their job so much that they're working on more of an emotionally bent level and everything that happens seems to become more personal. I have never had the time for that type of service. So this place is friendly and very helpful and this is a mitigating factor that makes me happy to give them my business and I know my hard earned money is re-earned by people who are of the same attitude and are honorable.”
