I’m used to shopping in stores where you have to hunt down the teenager hiding somewhere to reluctantly grab you another size and the whole process takes an hour. Sam was so attentive and helpful grabbing options for us we were in and out in 20, and we were one of THREE people he was helping alone. Excellent customer service!”
