I was having some issues with my bindings that I bought last year from REI and the shop person I was working with, Ken spent an hour trying remedy my supermatic bindings. Tried a few different methods, however the bindings could not be saved. Ken was kind enough to have the manager look over and provide me a refund to buy a different set of bindings which I did not expect!”
“When you want a football, football boots, or a jersey, Starfire is the place to go. I got a Euro 2024 Italian jersey, and it was way cheaper than when you buy it from Adidas. The jerseys didn't come with names or numbers, but I didn't mind. This was my dreamland. I'm coming back here soon! -A ten year old soccer superfan”

“I'm giving them 5 stars because the sales associate was fantastic and went above and beyond on helping me. My only complaint is I got home after making my return and resolving a bit of a headache to start and the security tag is still on the item purchased. It was hidden in the pocket so I hardly would put blame on the sales person. If anything beeped while leaving this would have been avoided”

“Came in on 22Nov25 to get my daughter some Timberlands. Her normal shoe size was off with these shoes and an associate name Moby was extremely patient and quick with getting the new size needed. I truly appreciated his assistance and promptness when we just experienced the complete opposite at Journey’s Kids and wasted 30 minutes to not even get asked if we needed assistance. “I bought a jacket from them that I did not care for when I received it. It was just too warm a jacket for Seattle. I didn’t have a receipt, but they looked up under my phone number and found it and gave me a store credit for it very helpful and very pleasant except for one lady I asked where something was, and she pointed to next all over. I couldn’t find it there and went back to ask her again and she looked very frustrated with me, stood up and started walking, and then suddenly turned to the opposite direction in which she just pointed that was where it was she said “sorry” and walked away as if it were all my fault”

“Tukwila has a huge warehouse and just about anything you could want. Pleasant employees. I came from out of state to pick up a piece of equipment. There were some hiccups along the way. The owner Scott went above and beyond to make things right. He has integrity and professionalism where many business owners do not. I can see why he's still in business after 40 years. I cannot recommend his company enough.”
