“I purchased a club while I was there that felt good in the hitting bay. I live almost 300 miles away and when I got home I took it on the course. After 5 attempts I just could not hit it, go figure ! I called and talked to Devin Terada and he had no problem offering me a full refund. I shipped it back and he even paid my return shipping. How good is that ! I can't say enough good things about Devin and Golf Discount. I recommend them highly and will certainly go back to them with my golf needs when I am back in town. I was having some issues with my bindings that I bought last year from REI and the shop person I was working with, Ken spent an hour trying remedy my supermatic bindings. Tried a few different methods, however the bindings could not be saved. Ken was kind enough to have the manager look over and provide me a refund to buy a different set of bindings which I did not expect!”

“I'm giving them 5 stars because the sales associate was fantastic and went above and beyond on helping me. My only complaint is I got home after making my return and resolving a bit of a headache to start and the security tag is still on the item purchased. It was hidden in the pocket so I hardly would put blame on the sales person. If anything beeped while leaving this would have been avoided”

“I bought a jacket from them that I did not care for when I received it. It was just too warm a jacket for Seattle. I didn’t have a receipt, but they looked up under my phone number and found it and gave me a store credit for it very helpful and very pleasant except for one lady I asked where something was, and she pointed to next all over. I couldn’t find it there and went back to ask her again and she looked very frustrated with me, stood up and started walking, and then suddenly turned to the opposite direction in which she just pointed that was where it was she said “sorry” and walked away as if it were all my fault”
