“I had scheduled a cleaning of my heat pump. When the young men arrived they found lots of rust. A repairman was called and arrived at my home 2 hours later. The heating unit needed replaced. I was shown 3 units in different prices ranges. Picked the one I preferred. The next morning a crew showed up bright and early. My old unit was removed and a new one was installed. I was given a 90 days same as cash deal. Everyone involved was kind, respectful and knowledgeable.

“Rented a tow behind boom lift for 24hrs. The equipment worked great for trimming trees! Definitely make sure to have power available as it is electric. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable!! Both renting and returning! Highly recommend, best experience I've had renting equipment.”

“WOW!!!!! Alysia is AMAZING!!!! Parr, please give this girl a raise. ;) She has outstanding customer service skills! We definitely were not the easiest customers to deal with and presented her with a few hurdles. Not only did she jump those hurdles, but she found unexpected solutions to our problems. I will always ask for her in the future, and we will definitely be recommending Parr to friends and family just as a contractor friend recommended them to us (for obvious reasons now). Not only did their glass prices beat the competition, but so did the customer service. They could have tried upselling us but respected our feelings and budget instead.”
