“My wife and I love living here. Location is great. Management staff is very friendly. The maintenance staff is awesome and responsive. They put time and effort into keeping everything clean. The apartments are cozy and we love the heat coming from the floors. The staff is communicative and truly makes an effort to make living here a positive experience. Highly recommend!”
“We have been residents of Boulder Creek for close to 2 years. Throughout, both the office and maintenance staff have done an excellent job meeting our needs and addressing issues/repairs as they come up. While older, the property is beautifully landscaped, and the pool/clubhouse are resort-like in vibe and quality. The trash valet service is a nice feature, and we appreciate the magnificent view of the Cascades from different parts of the complex.”
