“I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.”

“I will at some point need to take a picture of my car and upload the amazing tint job they flawlessly executed. I came in to get all my windows tinted on my Subaru. Jay and his team did an excellent job getting me checked in and answering all my questions regarding the kind of tint I needed. My front window was also tinted and it's not blazing hot in the summer for me!”

After an unfortunate incident involving plastic bags full of canned goods, and a teenager eager to lend a hand unloading groceries, Joey worked some serious magic to successfully polish out multiple scratches from the bumper of my new BMW. Michelle and Joey were patient with answering all of my questions, and they were super accommodating to me making the trip up from Olympia. I would 1000% recommend this shop to anyone, and I'll definitely be back in the future for detailing and additional services!”

They did an amazing job with some stubborn exterior stains I had for more than 2 years and, few coffee stains on the back seat.They gave me a price quote at drop-off and nothing changed (No surprise fees or add-ons) when I went back to pickup my car. “With the Rainbow car wash at Coal Creek Parkway/Duvall Ave & Sunset Blvd/900 closed for improvements, I tried the Brown Bear car wash in Factoria. I was a concerned about the recent negative reviews. But it was fine. They were super busy but get the cars through super fast. I think the Rainbow car wash washes a little longer, so I'll probably be back there when they're open again. But no problems with this one.”

They have a very detailed price catalog and you can choose what type of service you want. The prices are also quite reasonable and actually cheaper compared to the quotes I received from local detailing stores. “I work at MSFT. Seen this place for awhile but never went there due to the poor reviews. Anyway, I had rodents nesting in the engine bay of my beautiful immaculate Mustang GT the last week or so. Opened the hood up and saw some droppings and paw prints (to my horror). Called these guys as I was busy with work and John, the new manager (who is a few weeks into the job, but an experienced detailer) picked up the phone, fit me in the same day and cleaned up the engine BEAUTIFULLY for 40 bucks or so while I worked upstairs. He covered the sensitive parts with bags, sprayed degreaser and hosed it down. Very happy, will be back again as long as he is manager.”
