“Had both of my Lexus PPF’d and tinted here. High quality work and they stick to their deadlines. Also fair pricing for what it is and they do honest work.
Edit: I wanted to praise this business/owner for their integrity. In the automotive world it’s not the easiest to find, when they made a mistake they fully owned up to it and made it right without any questions asked. They will always have my business and I’m referring all my friends here as well. Thanks J and crew for all you do.”
“The Ultimate Wash turned out to be a great value service - I was pretty impressed by how clean and shiny the car was from the inside out. Felt almost new. Highly recommend!”
“We went for the exclusive package, which includes some exterior and interior cleaning.
The work was completed on time and done to my satisfaction. Fairly priced from my point of view. Would come again the next time I need a good cleaning.
Enter from the north end of the block on the map, get in from the 10th Street entrance to the parking garage to Hyatt. It's on P3, which is the level you should be on immediately after going down the ramp into the parking garage from 10th Street on the north side entering down south.”
“Jake and Rob’s Lotus team took good care of my Emira for its routine Lotus campaigns. I got the HVAC resister pack water intrusion prevention and software updates done, amongst other things. I was impressed by the Lotus techs’ attention to detail; they saw that my cargo net was a mess and fixed it up for me.”
“As a former Detailer this is the absolute best detail shop in Seattle. They also have expert technicians like Dialo Hamilton applying his years of experience and passion for the craft.”

“I've visited this car wash multiple times and have always been satisfied with the experience. The wash is quick, convenient, and does a great job keeping my vehicle clean. The facility is well maintained, and I appreciate the extra amenities that make it easy to finish cleaning the interior afterward. The staff have been friendly and helpful whenever I've visited, and the pricing feels fair for the quality of service. It's a dependable place that I regularly choose when my car needs a refresh.”

“Coming from Texas where I used to go with automatic car wash service. I didn’t know how to use the self car wash service here in Bellevue. Fortunately, a bbcw employee explained everything to me and I got my car washed like a brand new.”

“For a quick wash, the service was great! I purchased the deluxe version for a few more dollars and was happy with the results. My car went from being covered in bird poop to clean. It was a cold morning but the car wash staff was ready to go. Only critique I have was that I was given a dirty rag to wipe down the inside of my car. I did not really need it but it would have been nice to have (hence the 4 stars). I recommend the owner increase the price a few more dollars to help pay the staff better and for cleaner materials. I will keep this place in mind for future quick car washes. Thank you staff!”
“Did interior deep clean + external wash. Service was great and I am really happy with the results. Gavin was great and really helpful
My advice: bring car before and ask them for advice on what service to do. Gavin was really helpful on explaining what he recommended and why. Later he did great when I brought the car in for servicing.
If you need car detailing, I think they do a great job”

“The location is great as it is listed in a prime location near downtown Bellevue that is across from Uwajimaya and down the street from Best Buy, Home Depot and Whole Foods Market. This Shell has a Jacksons convenience store and a car wash. There is a discount given on gas if you get a car wash at the same time. Gas prices are moderately priced for the area. I like the easy street access to enter and exit this gas station. This makes it easier to head where you want to go without having to turn around.”

“I am giving this small, overpriced and super friendly Shell gas station 4***! The staff here is friendly with a chill vibe, always going about their day in a quietly positive manner. This store has a drive thru car wash that appears to be pretty well liked. They do have hot good morning coffee!!”
“I was completely out of my self and thank god this station had an air station that was a digitall!! Very nice when I went in and the cashier was helpful and sweet.”

“Had a full exterior detail done on my 11-year-old car. It's lived outside its whole life and hadn't been waxed in at least 5 years. Now it looks almost new.
The team did an amazing job, way better than I could have expected. You can tell they know their stuff and really care about the work. Professional and friendly from start to finish. Fair prices for the quality of service they provide. Highly recommend.
Edit: I keep finding new areas where the team clearly spent time making my car look immaculate. They are 100% worth the wait, you will not be disappointed.”
