“I took in a body panel looking for some help with fixing up a clearcoat job. They weren't able to work on the part but they gave me some DIY advice on how to do it myself which worked out great. Nice guys, very helpful. And the cars in the shop looked shiny and white glove spotless.”
“I received a 3 month membership for Brown Bear after purchasing my new windshield. I visited this location to initiate the membership.
I then tried to use the membership here & at another location (Soper Hill) and the automated system didn't recognize my vehicle, but the staff put it through the wash.
On Saturday I tried here again, and thankfully the assistant manager (Jenny) decided to try and actually rectify the issue that I was having.
Her attention to detail, personable nature, and strong desire to provide an excellent customer experience was evident.
It has now been confirmed by Brown Bear that my license plate was incorrectly recorded when the vehicle was registered. Mistakes happen, and how they are dealt with - and the willingness to try and resolve an issue are where companies and their staff show their true colours.

“I work at MSFT. Seen this place for awhile but never went there due to the poor reviews. Anyway, I had rodents nesting in the engine bay of my beautiful immaculate Mustang GT the last week or so. Opened the hood up and saw some droppings and paw prints (to my horror). Called these guys as I was busy with work and John, the new manager (who is a few weeks into the job, but an experienced detailer) picked up the phone, fit me in the same day and cleaned up the engine BEAUTIFULLY for 40 bucks or so while I worked upstairs. He covered the sensitive parts with bags, sprayed degreaser and hosed it down. Very happy, will be back again as long as he is manager.”
“Convenient location with self service wash open 24/7. Cleaned up my car after a road trip at 11 pm. Price is reasonable, for $9 you can get a good clean and get all of the mud off and return your car to its shiny original.”
“This is the best gas station in Chevron, they have a big selection of snacks and drinks and even beer/IPA! The staff here is super friendly and always welcome me in. Also, don’t shy away from their ‘Wash World’ touchless/touch-free car wash!! That thing got my Santa Fe sparkly and spotless, it basically looked like I just drove it out of the showroom at the dealership.”

“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. You will definitely be pleased with the results and your investment in preserving the value of your vehicle.”
