“I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.”

I don't know exactly what these guys did to my car, but I took it in for a simple coolant leak, and it drives better now than it did when I bought it; the steering works better, the transmission doesn't stutter anymore, and the heater/AC panel functions now, where it didn't function at all when I got it. Before switching to Signature Independent I used to get my car serviced at the local Seattle BMW dealership which was fine except for their expensive price. I did my homework before going to Signature Independent and found their price to be almost 40 to 50% cheaper than the BMW dealership. I also like the fact that they will take the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend these guys if own an older BMW without an warranty.”

“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”

“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! “First off , I arrived there to get my scratched wheels fix , I went inside the office and spoke to Courtney , she's very helpful what do I need and what to expect after few hours ,so then I left (dropped off the car) get really busy quickly ) ,then I came back the car is almost done, they do quick work but very articulate and precise, sanding painting and refinishing the wheel , looks like nothing happen to it , the scratch are all gone , now looks like another brand new wheels from the box , I can't say enough good things about this company ,and I spoke to a gentleman (new owner of the old shop ) he's pretty cool explaining everything to me with the smile ,very professional and meticulous around the job ,I think he's the manager there , I came back there's Porsche 911 Lambo and Ferrari , this company handles most Northwest exotic cars , I'm just lucky enough to see and squeeze my Lexus at the moment , Very please and will be coming back for more tire and wheels service in the near future ,AAA Recommended”

“A great and convenient place on the plateau to have your car serviced. Geoff took care of me dropping off the car in 5 mins (with one short form to fill as a first-timer.) His team did a 60K-mile check-up on my car and found that the rear brake pads needed replacement. Both jobs were done on the same day at a reasonable price. I value his honesty as he could have said that I needed both front and rear brakes done and I wouldn't have been any wiser.A week later, I got my tires changed at Costco. Costco said that they had problem putting my lug nuts back and that I needed to have a mechanic check the lug nuts/studs. Geoff helped me fix them the next day without charging me an extra dime. This is what I call great service!Plateau Motors has just become my go-to for all future car services.”
