The whole process could not have been any easier and the wheel repair is flawless. I had trouble seeing the repaired area, even in bright sunlight. I hope to never need a wheel repair again, but if I do, I will be coming back to Sameday Auto Scratch and Wheel Repair.”

They didn't need to, but graciously took the time to help me on a busy day. It's rare to find customer service like this.

“Communication, coordination and customer service from Cye and his team were truly above and beyond exceptional. No need to go anywhere else for your auto glass replacement needs. When I first arrived at Novus of Redmond to get my windshield replaced from rock damage, the business was super busy. Cye personally greeted me, and with great patience walked me through every step of the process. Cye handled locating an OEM windshield for my 2026 RAV4 Woodland within minutes even after the Toyota dealership I work for stated they were not available and on backorder. The windshield was obtained in 24 hours and subsequently installed meticulously by a very talented technician whose name I unfortunately did not get. A big shout out to the office manager Piotr, who was very pleasant to work with during the process. Thanks again Cye, I will certainly be a returning customer if I need to. I will also be referring friends and family!”
“I would highly recommend this shop! I originally had my BMW check engine light diagnosed at another place, where they told me I needed to replace a part and quoted me nearly $2,000.
I decided to get a second opinion here, and they initially quoted me around $900 for parts, labor, and tax—which was already much more cheaper. But what impressed me even more was that when I actually brought my car in, they took the time to properly inspect it and found that I didn’t need the replacement at all. A part was simply stuck, preventing the shutter from opening. They fixed the issue and only charged me $170.

“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. You will definitely be pleased with the results and your investment in preserving the value of your vehicle.”

“Patrick Mulligan went above and beyond helping us with a transmission repair on our GMC Sierra. He was upfront and thorough with every diagnostic detail — walked us through exactly what was found, what was replaced, and why, instead of just handing us a vague summary. When we raised concerns about the vehicle's remaining warranty coverage, he took the extra step of submitting an extended coverage request to GM on our behalf without us having to push for it. Communication was clear and honest throughout, even when the news wasn't simple. This kind of transparency is hard to find at a dealership service department, and it made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend asking for Patrick if you need service work done here.”
“I had an outstanding experience with Sound Wheel Works. I came in looking to change my caliper color to red, and the team also helped add the Porsche branding on the calipers, which turned out great.
While the car was there, they also completed an alignment. When the work was finished, I received a detailed report showing the alignment measurements both before and after the service, which I really appreciated.

“Ryan happens to have his shop across the street from my house and both my husband and I feel blessed. This is saying a lot because rarely does a mechanic impress my husband. Lol.
We have been to him 4 times with 3 different vehicles. He has been honest, up front about pricing and he knows when the job is going to need more than he can give it. I appreciate this kind of transparency in a mechanic. I highly recommend him. My only recommendation for him is to be more firm on timelines. . . . Sometimes asking for an oil change gets me a “maybe, if I can squeeze it in this week”- - . . Maybe it’s because we live across the street so it’s easier to possibly “squeeze” in an oil change. Two weeks of that in a row and my husband decided to change my oil. Regardless, if you need sometime who knows what they are doing and possibly just also needs a receptionist but doesn’t have one. . . . Call him up.”
“Had my new tires balanced at another shop. Still had a bad shake at 60+ even after they supposedly checked the balance again
They claimed is was something in the steering rack. Took the car to Tru-Line and they said it was a bad balance job. They performed a road-force balance job and all was good. I've had other work done here as well. Rates are fair and the work is high quality. I will use them for all of my alignment, brake and tire jobs going forward.”
