“We used to get parts from them all the time. However, it seems like they are out of business. Their phone is never answered. Just rings and hangs up. Haven't been able to get a hold of them in about 5 years. And the Google business listing has said they are "temporary closed" since before COVID. Their facebook.meta page hasn't seen a update since 2017, and a google search of their business does not turn up a company website anymore. So I am guessing out of business. Very sad.”

So their game expert Irene stopped cleaning to help me with finding the perfect gift, she walked me through the DLc for the game and explained the benefits of being a member and how the game insurance worked. This lady has upper management written all over her, true customer service is a lost art and being able to explain something without making the person feel d**** Definitely would recommend this store!”

But this new location is the biggest I have been to with a great variety of items and they seem to add and restock reasonably fast. The people that work at this one have been really helpful and nice. “This place could use more signage, couldn’t find the location of it for about 15 minutes. Turns out it was inside an unmarked building right next to the parking lot.Nice museum of some of Microsoft’s history and has a gift shop, typical gifts- nothing too exciting. But plan to spend about 30-40 minutes max.”

“I know Dylan Sabine through our home builder. He was assigned to give us a smart home consultation. He gave us a very good impression on the first visit. He is a very sharp young man, knows exactly what he is doing, gives clear instructions with easy-understanding terminology. He is extremely patient and friendly. There were some issues connecting our thermostat to SmartThings. He didn't just dismiss me like most other people, who would simply tell me "sorry can't". Instead he contacted SmartThings and Trane customer service after several retries and spent quite a while troubleshooting with them. He eventually found out the root cause! He is the kind of person willing to solve your problems, not shrug them off!That's why we decided to ask him to also install our home theater system. He is the kind of person I like to work with, so why bother looking elsewhere?He is fast like a flash. He mounted the 70" TV for us almost all by himself. He only needed another person to lift it with him for 2 min. Everything works perfectly! Seems nothing is an issue when Dylan is around. Would definitely recommend!”

“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”

“My mom had issues with a promotion applying to her account. Be very careful when seeing if a promotion will apply. The promotion people are a different group than the people selling to you in stores and you may have to go through some trouble to actually get the promotion. We had a difficult time getting our promotion but it appears to be solved.”
