Assistant manager Derek heard what happened, he was competent, contacted customer service, figured out the issue , activated my sim and ported my number successfully. I highly recommend this store!”

She took the time to help solve my problems, find me the best deal, and fully set up my new phone.
I have spent countless hours frustrated with Verizon, especially with my past in-store experiences at the location I used to visit in NE Seattle, but this was completely different. “I was so impressed by the customer service at the Issaquah Geek Squad. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and helpful for my I phone issue. The rep that helped me was through and made sure to ask if I had any questions. My problem was not solved as I just need a new phone. That’s ok though because they were not pushy at all. On top of that though I could not help seeing how kind the rep next to me was treating a customer in a wheelchair. He was patient as she counted out cash for her transaction and then asked her if she needed assistance with her purchase out to her car. It’s rare to see companies go above and beyond. I would recommend them and will return in the future.”
