“I was so impressed by the customer service at the Issaquah Geek Squad. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and helpful for my I phone issue. The rep that helped me was through and made sure to ask if I had any questions. My problem was not solved as I just need a new phone. That’s ok though because they were not pushy at all. On top of that though I could not help seeing how kind the rep next to me was treating a customer in a wheelchair. He was patient as she counted out cash for her transaction and then asked her if she needed assistance with her purchase out to her car. It’s rare to see companies go above and beyond. I would recommend them and will return in the future.”

“This is one of the best T-Mobile places I’ve ever visited. I am a customer for 12 years. My new phone was activated a week prior at a different locations but wouldn’t receive calls at all. I saw Derek at this locations and he troubleshoot the issue and solved my problem within 20 mins. Derek was very professional, very knowledgeable and empathetic towards my situation. This is my favorite location.”

I was very worried about it, until this young lady, working at the front end helping me and she went to the lost and found department ,and my wallet was over there !!

“The workers at Geek Squad are quick and effective with their diagnostics and figuring out what needs to happen to repair the item. Came in with a PC and it needed new parts, brought that all in later and they fixed it quickly and everything works great, the Worker Ryan deserves a raise.”
