“this target is conveniently the only large convenience store in the area, and local residents are LUCKY for its quality. the interior is clean and organized, staff meet the par for friendliness, and the shelves generally stay stocked. that being said, there is absolutely NOTHING exceptional about this target other than its role as an exciting hide and seek arena, and its close proximity to t&t. I would also like to note my disappointment at the negative attitude the staff had towards us while we played on the display Nintendo switch”
“My B&W speaker, which I purchased elsewhere, was in need of repair. The folks at Definitive treated me as though I was a loyal customer, giving me a great deal and 5-star service. Kevin was kind and helpful, even talking me through resolving a subsequent issue on my own.
Both when dropping off and picking up my speaker, the showroom team let me demo multiple setups, which were all dialed-in to perfection. There was no undue sales pressure or dismissal, even though I was clear that I wasn't quite ready to upgrade.
This is exactly the type of experience that convinces me to shop local. I've been to shops where the demo rooms were a mess and where I wasn't taken seriously. I left those places knowing I could shop around or online. To the contrary, based on this experience, I will go out of my way to buy from Definite next time I'm in the market.”
“Inquired about a new subwoofer installed in my Tesla M3 which I use as my daily since the bass was not where I wanted it. Charles team was extremely responsive/ knowledgeable about the equipment, offering demos so I could see what worked best with my cars setup. The shop was able to get me in the next week after I first came in. Ended up pulling the trigger on a new amp and sub which was reasonably priced and sounds better than I imagined. Will definitely be taking my next vehicles here.”
“I’m a regular customer at this Best Buy, and I really appreciate Clayton, the store manager, for stepping in and helping us recover a game card and a microSD card containing important personal memories that we accidentally left in our traded-in Switch. The store was already closed for the day, but he still took the situation seriously and helped make sure the team checked for us.

“I went to the Target Bellevue location to get A23 batteries, but I couldn't find them. I asked the staff at the return item section, and the lady and Sunny at the counter helped me look it up on their machine. They said they have it in stock, and Sunny searched around for me. I appreciate their assistance and hope their boss recognizes their hospitality.”
“I had an issue and called 611. My call was answered pretty quickly and the lady stated she would access my account and help me. After I gave her a code she sent to my phone, she said she would put me on hold and be right with me. 30 minutes later, my call ended up going to a survey line. I didn't leave a very high rating and another lady came on the line and apologized that I hadn't been happy with the assistance I had received. She asked what caused me to rate the service so low. After explaining, she apologized again and immediately jumped into my account to assist me. After an hour of hard work on her part, we were able to fix the issue. I asked her to send me back to the survey again so I could give her a rating. She said it is only one survey per call. So I am leaving a review and I hope Metro sees it and gives her the raise or promotion she deserves. Her name is Brandy M. from the Escalations department. I have been a customer for a long time and NEVER have I had such great service as today. Thank you Brandy M. and may you get the recognition you truly deserve!!”
