“I recently had the pleasure of working with Definitive on doing a full refresh in my media room. Scott was our guide and helped us build a great system. After we had our gear figured out Scott came to our home to look at the room and put together an install plan.
My room was a refresh and the process was mostly a lift and place for the new equipment so we didn’t need the install team. That meant Scott was able to enlist some of his associates and did everything in a day. The real highlight was how well they got the LCR aligned and room correction dialed in. It’s a very great sounding room now.
The only difficulty I had in this process was in the show room. They were having some difficulties when I was there. I wasn’t able hear the content I wanted nor could I listen to various equipment configurations that I was interested in. This is an expensive hobby and buying some pieces on faith isn’t the most ideal but I trusted Scott’s knowledge, experience, and the quality of the gear we were looking at. It was a good experience and the end result is everything I wanted it to be. I would happily buy from Definitive and Scott again.”

“I had an issue and called 611. My call was answered pretty quickly and the lady stated she would access my account and help me. After I gave her a code she sent to my phone, she said she would put me on hold and be right with me. 30 minutes later, my call ended up going to a survey line. I didn't leave a very high rating and another lady came on the line and apologized that I hadn't been happy with the assistance I had received. She asked what caused me to rate the service so low. After explaining, she apologized again and immediately jumped into my account to assist me. After an hour of hard work on her part, we were able to fix the issue. I asked her to send me back to the survey again so I could give her a rating. She said it is only one survey per call. So I am leaving a review and I hope Metro sees it and gives her the raise or promotion she deserves. Her name is Brandy M. from the Escalations department. I have been a customer for a long time and NEVER have I had such great service as today. Thank you Brandy M. and may you get the recognition you truly deserve!!”

I have even heard kids half my age say with great excitement how Shiva knows all them too, I believe by name as well. A great grab and go food selection. Clean and well organized. “In Short: Reasonable Prices. Excellent Service. Friendly and helpful shop whether you're a know-nothing novice or an old hand.In Long: There actually isn't much more than that to say? Like you're looking for a place to go poke things, explore, see things you hadn't expected, maybe even get some inspiration, and that's this place! In fact, this is one of the last places to do that. Which sort of explains why prices are ever-so-slightly higher than you'll find on Amazon: because this is a real place, staffed by people that care, and providing a service you can't get anywhere else - and those things cost a little more to have so you pay a little more. But honestly like.. not much more? If you want to buy buttons you can't feel the tactility of, save your four and a half cents I guess and buy from 'ol Jeffy B?Okay I should be less antagonistic but this place is a godsend. Because not only can you see and feel and manipulate and compare sizes of the things you're purchasing, but the people here will tell you all about the stuff! They know what's up and are eager to share! They're excited to get you excited about electronics!Which I cannot overstate how unicorn that is in 2024. The next closest shop to provided even remotely the same experience requires a friggin passport and several hour drive.So all of that is to say, go here. Support a local business. Get inspired.
