I have no idea if it was just a me problem or that is happening to everyone. Otherwise, it was nice to be able to get my order after hours.”

“After spending ten hours on the line with tech support the day before, I decided to go into a store to see if I could get help moving my iPhone and watch to T Mobile.Jasson helped me and it took him all of about 10 minutes to identify the issue, fix it, and send me on my merry way.Everyone was very nice and professional, greeted me, made small talk, etc. No one was pushy/"sales-y" in anyway or tried to sell me random stuff like other provider's stores have (looking at you, Verizon).It was a great experience, I was so happy they were able to help me!! The promotion people are a different group than the people selling to you in stores and you may have to go through some trouble to actually get the promotion. We had a difficult time getting our promotion but it appears to be solved.”
