“I was going to give a terrible review on Thursday 01/19 as the young girl I encountered said her name was Fredrina ( not sure of spelling) had a nasty tone and even though no one was there wanted me to fill out a paper board and she acted as if I was bothering her when I asked a question. Even tho I didn’t feel well I just left due to her nasty tone. The next day (Friday 01/20) my mom took me back and we were greeted so pleasantly by a woman with such a warm and welcoming tone. I briefly saw her name tag but believed it was Joan or Joann. She was also cleaning and wiping down the sign in area. When told about how I felt the other lady treated me, she apologized and assured us that is not how the office wants patients to feel. She spoke with me as she entered information into the computer. I wasn’t told to fill out a paper board and she even spoke highly about the other girl and said she was surprised as she is always pleasant, (I think she was just being a team supporter tho). She also had a medical person check my oxygen and heart rate. Everyone else I encountered was so pleasant it truly makes a huge difference when you don’t feel good. The icing was as I was leaving that same woman who greeted me so warmly wished me to feel better as I was leaving and even tho everyone wears a mask, I could see through their brightness in their eyes and warming tone they were smiling! They all should get raises for the way they made me feel!! Except that first young girl Fredrina or whatever her name is. I love this urgent care office now and will take any of my family there when and if they are sick.”

“The team at Swedish Pine Lake was absolutely wonderful to me today. When I called in (during the Washington Wildfires) with some distressing symptoms, they were able to fit me in within the hour. I've found the check-in procedures during COVID intimidating at many facilities over the past few months, but at this location everything went wonderfully smooth. Everyone on the staff was organized, calm and extremely personable. I felt assured, comfortable, and cared for by each of the 5 staff members I came in touch with. I am so glad this is my local respiratory triage facility.”

“Dr. Woodall gets a 10/10 for me. He was able to diagnose me after multiple doctors were stumped at what was wrong (or worse told me it was just anxiety and weight gain). Pharmacy is also great. One small thing to note though is that the online pharmacy doesn't have a way to note whether a supplement is out of stock so I'd recommend calling them if you have any issues placing an order for a supplement.”

“Evergreen Redmond and Kirkland has the best doctors, PAs, nurses, Xray techs, whole staff! People who listen to you. Care about your well being and are happy people.If you want to see real misery, Swedish in Seattle repeatedly is the worst. They outsource their doctors. They make you wait 8hrs+ to days in the ER.Evergreen ER recently, I took in my visiting mom and they saw her within 5 minutes and took care of her with golden gloves.The bad reviews seem to be about billing. It’s 2023/2024 where the healthcare system and they are also understaffed. Everything has gone up. It doesn’t mean it’s their fault.Swedish Cherry Hill ER made me wait 8 hours for a dislocated elbow lying doctor was coming from First Hill, when in fact he was an outsourced on call person who asked me “so where are you really from?” Instead of setting the bones first, which he was inept at after 5 doctors and techs tried to. I did not want Dr. Jimmy Daruwalla of Hand Surgery to touch me so I lifted up my arm and set it myself.then the xray tech bent my arm and popped it out with no apology and disappeared.you will never get that kind of ineptitude at Evergreen!”

“I’m honestly not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have been seeing Dr. Leou at this location for over 20 years and he’s fantastic. He is thorough and he always listens and addresses my concerns. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”

“I had my blood work done in Issaquah office. On the same day the result came and was uploaded to my account already. I noticed that the blood collected date was incorrect in my chart, so I called directly the lab. One of the Lab staff in Issaquah, Ms. Kris was very helpful. She quickly figured out why the error was made and called to the UW main office in Moutlake to resolve the issue. She called me and let me know what they can do for me, and followed up until it's corrected. She took care of my concern and I appreciate her very much.”

“Dr. Appelbaum and his staff are exemplary with great teamwork . I am always treated respectfully and professionally by everyone at this office. Dr. Appelbaum has an actual dialogue, rather being authoritarian, with his patients . I feel very confident in his care.”

“Dr.Qannan is awesome, helped me a lot and helps me because I speak Arabic and takes perfect care of me and double checks on every patient. My kids love him, he is very nice to kids and helps them with whatever they need.”

“Dr Hou and Redmond Family Care are absolutely amazing. I've been seeing this doctor for at least 10 years, long before they were in their "new" office on Union Hill road. I'm absolutely amazed that anybody would be unhappy with their service or have a negative experience. In the years I've been coming here I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen more than once or twice - honest truth - which is completely unheard of at any other provider's office. Other places expect you to be early or at least on time yet you wait 30+ minutes in the waiting room and another 20-30 minutes or more in the exam room before someone comes in. Dr. Hou and Redmond Family Care respect my time and respect my concerns. Dr Hou is caring, patient, and extremely intelligent. I trust him more than any doctor I've ever seen. Dale Roberson, the PA, is also friendly , knowledgeable, and patient. Char and Laura have always gone out of their way to help me with any questions, resolve any concerns, and clarify any billing issues, whether it is the office or the insurance. Char even helps me set appointments at different offices! I could go on and on about the incredible level of service here. It's absolutely amazing and without a doubt the best service I've ever received from any medical provider in my 55+ years. If you're unhappy with these people I don't think you would be satisfied anywhere.”
