Rating a big fat Zero! I dropped my "wallet" when leaving the car at Logan. It took three weeks before Thrifty "found" it, then it cost me $42.00 to get it back I will never ever rent from Thrifty in the future.

The line to check in for our car was about 2 hours. We ended up canceling our reservations and going with a different car company.
