“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”
“The team at Greentec Auto has been a pleasure to work with. When my wife and I bought our 2011 GMC Yukon Hybrid, we knew we would likely have to replace the hybrid battery. We’re so glad we went with Greentec and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their hybrid battery. Mo and Joe were always friendly and quick to respond and address any needs/concerns we had. “I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”

“Bought a 96R from Deka here, unfortunately it wasn't a good battery. The guy who works here went out of his way trying to rescue it and after determining the same thing I did, he looked up my last name, saw it was bought by me at his store and honored the warranty without having a receipt. With service this great and honesty and effort doing the right thing I would highly recommend this place, gives good deals when the auto parts stores rip you off to kingdom come on batteries anymore and give people all kinds of excuses and don't honor warranties or try to charge batteries if the slightest inconvenience happens. I've been to the Federal Way store too and would say to people living there to come to this one instead, it's like a night and day difference with ethics and integrity and thank the dude again who works here for being straight up and hope Deka covers for their mistake, I'm from Pennsylvania and know a guy who worked there for years and from what he told me although their products are great and affordable there's a lot of monkey business going on in the plant stemming from DEI where much of the hard work is unfairly put onto the shoulders of the straight white guy and then everyone else's mistakes blamed on him too and this type of stress can understandably cause problems in a workplace. Thanks will be buying more batteries here long as I'm living in Washington and so should anyone else.”

“I really like this O’Reilly Auto Parts store, and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. I did have to stop by twice, though, because the first time, I couldn’t find anyone available to help with changing my car wipers. But a week or two later, I went in earlier, and there were 4 or 5 employees working, so things were much smoother.
I spent about $100 on three wipers, and the manager was able to install the first two for me. Unfortunately, the rear wiper was tricky—she wasn’t familiar with it and had to get a male employee to help. He almost damaged my rear windshield, so I had him stop. In the end, no one seemed fully confident on the rear wiper since it’s tucked inside.
Despite that, I still really like this store. They have a great selection of products, and it’s super convenient since I live close by. Afterward, I was able to change the rear wiper myself after watching a quick YouTube video”
