“Came in for a new battery. It was installed and was working fine for a few minutes then smoke started coming out of the inside of my car and then a fire. Radio malfunctioned. Charlie was REALLY quick to put it out and allowed me to keep my car in his parking lot until I could get it towed. “The service at this location is first class! A set of windows wipers had to be changed out. I bought from another location and there was an issue with incorrect sizing. I had thrown out my receipt?. However, the manager approved an exchange (same brand but correct size).Another patron offered to put them in- but could not ( thank you, Chris, for trying). The manager came out and put them in for me!!! I was so happy. Since I was in Burien, WA, and the rains started, it was very important to have wipers working properly. ?”
