“One of the only great gyms in Beacon Hill. It has all the essential equipment you would expect at a gym with some extras. It's clean, organized and very easy to access. They play a nice variety of music at a relatively low volume (so you can still listen to your own without issue). Highly recommend!”

They support all ability levels and ages with tips and scaled options for all movements and workouts. The programming is amazing—great variety, crazy couplets, regularly programmed longer workouts focusing on cardio, and lots of barbell and gymnastic skill work. “Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Scheduling is weird, though. My other mom friend and I agree it's great if you're a teen, but not as much for a young mom. They turned us down on multiple separate occasions when we wanted to work out because the building was reserved for teens. My schedule as a SAHM does not permit me to work out during the other hours unless I go out of my way to find childcare. Bummer.So I mainly go for toddler events and the occasional family or adult event, which is great, but I'd go way more if it wasn't exclusive to teens during my free hours.”

“I've been a member since January 2023. As a transplant, the gym has become my extended family. Everyone at Kings always has a smile, a hello and encouraging words. The coaches are always willing to help with a modification or a correction on technique and form. I just finished the 6 week challenge and came in 2nd place. “While visiting the area for work I was pleased to see that there was a place to train near the hotel I was at. I reached out about doing a drop in for one of their multiple grappling classes. The response was prompt and very friendly providing me with all the information I would need to get to the correct location. All the staff from the gym and the martial arts side of the house were very welcoming and friendly. I got great rounds in with very technical and friendly training partners. If you're in the area and are looking for a place to train martial arts or to work out I can't recommend this facility more.”

“I really enjoy this location. It doesnt seem to get too busy, and the private bathroom with a shower is convenient. It's a little more expensive than other places and doesn't quite have the amount of equipment the other places have, but it suits my needs and I can access the facility 24/7”

The mobility equipment variety here is like having access to the Athletic Training dept on a college campus, big plus there.If you're a solitary athlete, keep your head down, and tired of big box gyms then I would go here if I were you.”

“I wanted to join a gym but felt very overwhelmed and not sure what to do at national franchise gyms such as LA Fitness, etc. I attended a free workout at Curves and loved it. The coaches teach you how to use the machines. No stress in figuring out what machine to use or if I am using the machine correctly. This is a great place to get an overall strength and cardio workout in just 30 minutes. All the members are very friendly and motivate each other to do their best. The facility is very clean! Sharon, Julie, Wendi and Kristi are great coaches at Curves.”

“As someone who wants to live, feel and be healthy, I found a place that is helping do that. I have been a going for the last almost 2 weeks and i already feel great about my progress. I have a really busy schedule and the Imperial CrossFit offers are great. Sure, not all times are accessible to all. I attend the 530 am class, and boy i am in debt with my instructors, they are great and motivate me to do my best, regardless of experince. I guess for many rookies, we only wish we could have started earlier. I look forward to see what the next couple weeks, months, and my goal year bring me. I love the individual feel of crossFit, with team aspect of it. It's weird, but it feels so right. The members i have met, are great and the best part they all love it, and have their own goals they want to achieve. “We don’t go here as much as we used to, but my daughter started classes at 7 months old and now we try to go on weekends when we can. The teachers are great! A few of the younger high schooler teachers don’t interact with the whole class, but it’s ok. The people who go are awesome and we love that they mix up the set up each week so there are new ways to explore and play. My daughter loves it! I just wish we had more time to go throughout the week.”
