Xfinity store reps are nice and friendly and helped solve my problem with online chats rep mistakes. Service has been great and no issues after switching from Verizon. Internet is a bit slower but I can live with that due to low cost.

Parking is a downfall and all carts must not leave posts some interesting challenges, overall the place is nice
