I gave My Mechanic a call, they told me to come in same day, spent close to two hours figuring out what the issue was, resolved it, and didn’t charge me a penny.”

Came back 4 years later for repair to Honda Fit after the front side panel was scraped and damaged by another car. They inspected and found no underlying damage and repaired and painted the bumper cover and fender. Perfect job - like new. Service was prompt. professional, friendly. Good communication. Fair and reasonable prices. A small family business around for 20 years. My go to place in Seattle. Highly recommend.

Brought my Honda Fit in for estimate of small area of paint scraped off. They took a look and said while you could spend $600 to make it perfect there is no need to do extensive work and then provided a free touch up. Really appreciated their kindness and customer interest first approach.”

“I've taken my vehicle to Superior for years and have always been happy with the results. We recently purchased a truck for my son and decided it best to have it inspected and so, because there's a shop a few blocks from our home, we left it with them to look over. Their chicken-scratch report listed "no real issues." But it drove like doggy-doo? So we took it to Superior and had it reinspected and they found that it was in dire need of suspension work and was actually unsafe to drive. Rear-end-about-to-fall-off, unsafe to drive!
Great front desk folks. Great mechanics. Clear detailed report.
