I visited this facility for an Auction/Banquet. The layout is quite nice. I can totally see someone having a wedding and/or birthday bash there. It had an upstairs and downstairs, lots of restrooms to use depending on how big a party you host there. I would definitely rent this place out for a celebration of sorts.

Block 41 is our favorite event venue in Seattle hands down. Large space, premium amenities and AWESOME STAFF! The venue can accommodate quite a large amount of guests (700+) and we love to put a food truck in the courtyard.

Block 41 is a great venue! The best staff that were so helpful from start to finish. Great pricing in the area, big space with lots of options for branding. I would highly recommend hosting an event here.
