I let them know I was going to be 30 minutes late, they still took care of it no problem. Got it done in under an hour. Even vacuumed out the glass and treated the mold. “Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!!

“I picked up my car from FASS and almost wanted to cry with relief. They did such an incredible job on the repair, and communicated every step of this process. The car was literally glittering in the sun when I laid eyes on it. They also deep cleaned my tires and they look brand new. I’m vey happy with this service and will definitely use FASS for any future repairs.
Additionally, Kat their receptionist is so kind on the phone and patient even when you call every day for an update.

The necessary repairs included replacing the driver’s side door panel, side view mirror and repairs to other portions of the left (driver’s) side of the car body (fixing small dents, repainting, eliminating scratches). The team at Gerber’s location at 2113 E. They were also able to get the replacement window ordered and installed that same day which was great. They did break the rain-guard during installation but they owned up to it, bought replacements and installed them for free later that week.

At this business, the person I talked to was able to get me a quote over the phone in 5 minutes, and then get me booked for the repair the next day, at my home. The window repair company that came to my house was a third party contractor, and they did a fantastic job (I think the replacement window is better quality than the one that came with the car).”
