Very disappointing experience. The DHL was still closed after 10:40 AM, even though posted opening time is 10:00 AM and Google Maps shows it as open. It is very inconvenient for customers who drive 30 minutes only to find the office closed. Please update the hours or ensure the office opens at the stated time.

Very irresponsible business! My package was mis-delivered to a wrong address. At first DHL denied that and later admitted that they made a mistake. Then they’ve been keeping me waiting for days to recover the package. I still don’t have my package and have no idea where it is right now. Very frustrated.
