Likelihood is a specialty boutique carrying the leading edge in footwear, sneakers, and fashion apparel and accessories. The shop presentation is top tier, with brands presented in a beautiful way. The store presentation makes it easy to view all the shoes in a limited amount of space. The interior design is amazing. It carries niche streetwear and high-end clothing and is considered the best clothing store in Seattle by some. Customer service is a highlight. The staff is so helpful, friendly, pleasant, and eager to assist. Visitors are greeted promptly and made to feel welcome, with staff informing them of new products and sharing great product knowledge without being overbearing. This enhances the experience and creates great vibes. The service makes customers feel like they are stepping into a second home. The store is located in a downtown area with a parking garage right next door, for which they validate parking. They offer contactless pay and paperless receipts. However, some find the website design difficult to navigate. Figuring out the exact location or address from the website can require digging, as can details on parking. A search function and better search engine optimization are noted as areas for improvement. Some discount codes may not work as expected, but prices are on par with other official retailers. While some find the shoe selection typical and feel the acquisition experience isn't particularly standout, many others walk away very happy to support the business, highly recommend it, and would return to see their offerings.
Excellent selection of Limited Edition shoes and thoughtful staff. Small streetwear section at the back too. Non judgemental to tourists. We will make a point of returning when in Seattle.
