“I didn't think a five-star pharmacy was possible, but it's real!
They just have things, or tell you when they don't. I've never had to wait long, and they actually do the pharmacist "new drug consult", unlike every other pharmacy I've been to.
I hesitate to even leave this review, lest it become a victim of its own success, but I'll have to have faith that they'll do great even if they pop off!”

“Had a fantastic first time experience at this pharmacy! You can feel the personal care at this establishment from the moment you begin to interact.
Phone calls go to an actual human being. I spoke directly with a representative and he walked me through how I could be sure to receive my new medications in a timely manner.
Store itself is small with a little parking lot (street parking was easily available adjacent to the business) and the interior is welcoming.
I spoke directly with the pharmacist and another staff member and I received my newly prescribed medications much quicker than anticipated. Faster than the big chains in this instance plus a big box pharmacy didn't even have what I needed while Nguyen's Pharmacy and Gifts did!
Everything was correct and accounted for.
I'll likely transfer my old prescriptions here as well. I would say the only downside is no hours on weekends but this is completely understandable as a small business.

“This is our number one pharmacist to go to since they first opened up a few years ago. All the staff is so friendly and very accommodating to your health needs. This place is not only a pharmacist, but definitely a great place to buy gifts as well. I purchased my tea bag's here, candles, and a few soaps. This place really cares about their customers and they have a heart of gold. We will support them till the end. And the best part is supporting mom and Pop shops..”

“They do a great job keeping that place together, safe, and clean, given the high level of crime I'd say they do a very commendable job and deserve praise. 4 stars, could be 5 but I docked them one star simply for the availability of some items, as well as the closing time being an hour earlier than other fred Meyers, and additionally I've had one u pleasant interaction with a gentleman working the customer service/returns counter, but overall this is a Fred Meyer I enjoy going to and I will ship at again.”

“The store was clean and organized and the staff members I interacted were all helpful. I'd like to highlight two separate staff members in particular: Nae and Elridge.
Nae who was behind the customer service desk was incredibly proactive and polite. She was instrumental in me being able to pick up my bulk order and was able to juggle incoming phone calls, coworkers, and fellow customers with a seriously magical flow. Even when a situation was unusual she handled them all with tact and a willingness to problem solve.
Although my decision to use the self-checkout lane meant that Elridge was not someone that I had the pleasure to interact with while checking out, I did get to hear him efficiently and charismatic-ally bag the groceries of customers going through the regular checkout lane. And even though self-checkout was as cooperative as it always is - read: not - hearing Elridge engage fellow customers while bagging elevated my checkout experience as well.
The staff that work at a business have the ability to make or break it and both Elridge and Nae deserve all the recognition, praise, and compensation for their continued excellence.”
“KR Compounding pharmacy on Madison has been providing us great service for 10+ years. Due to developmental disabilities our son cannot swallow pills, but greatly benefitted from prescribed medications. A compounded RX was the link between patient cooperation/ compliance and getting exact doses over time. They provide precise claim forms for filing reimbursement claims with insurance.They have been consultative for medication changes, researching what can and can’t be compounded, pricing and shelf life.”

“This QFC has become my go-to grocery store in the neighborhood. It’s always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a surprisingly wide selection for a mid-sized store. The produce is consistently fresh, and I’ve noticed they do a good job keeping local and seasonal options available.
The staff here really makes the difference. Cashiers and floor employees are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely invested in keeping things running smoothly. The self-checkout area is convenient, and there’s rarely a long wait, even during busier times.
Parking is easy (a luxury in Seattle), and the store feels safe and welcoming. Prices are fair for the quality, and with sales and the QFC card, it’s easy to save a bit too.
Overall, this location manages to be both practical and pleasant — it feels like a true neighborhood grocery store where you can count on finding what you need without
stress.”

“I don't usually rate stores and pharmacies and most people that do it's typically after a bad experience. The CVS Pharmacy, located within Target on 2nd and Pike, is a really good pharmacy. My prescription was ready within an hour or so after my doctor sent it in. I then went to pick it up and there was no line, so I was in and out very fast. The service was friendly as well.”

“Newly transferred from the Admiral Bartells- it is such a nice change. When my doctor sends a Rx, they actually fill it without me having to go in or call. They consistently have two windows open- it’s the little things. So far I am very happy with the change and service at Safeway.”

I really appreciate the extra effort in the little details, text message notification when my Rx is ready, once they even mailed me the balance of a medication they were only able to fill partially when I came to pickup. Sometimes I have to remind them about my second Rx, but it's always there, just in a different location in the system for some reason. With a short wait I've also gotten both a flu shot and a COVID booster as a walk in!”

“Former Rite Aid customer at the 9000 Rainier Ave S location, which was one of the worst pharmacies in the area. It’s been a breath of fresh air since we got transferred to the pharmacy in this Safeway. The staff are available, they actually answer the phone (90% of the time at least) and the pharmacist is kind and helpful. No location is perfect so 4/5 stars for occasionally being difficult to get a hold of during understandably busy times. Keep it up, a lot of people depend on this pharmacy now and so far it’s been a great change.”

“This is easily one of the best pharmacies in the area. And I've used several. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The only consistent problem is the horrible entitled customers who stand in line and loudly complain that they aren't being served yet. Then I suppose they come here and write bad reviews. I bet some of these people have never written a good review of anything. The pharmacy is open 7 days a week, and closes at the same time every day for a lunch break. The lunch break time is posted on standing placards in large letters and, like I said, it's the same time every day, all year long. But there's always someone who forgets this and complains that it was closed the last time they were here. Folks - they all eat lunch at the same time because there must always be a pharmacist available to answer questions, the assistants can't do that. The drive-up window is also efficient, if you order your meds ahead of time on the easy-to-use app. Also then you don't have to listen to the whiners. Win-win!”

“I've been getting my RX here since they opened about 7 years ago. The owners are great, and we've been on a first name basis since day 1. I get much better service here than I ever have at a chain store and they're just 2 blocks from my house. Highly recommend.”
