I have gone to the Greenwood Umpqua bank for over ten years and everyone there has been very friendly. they are friendly for real not the job nice. They are real people and actually go all out to be helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful staff, specifically the branch manager, Cody. After answering all of my questions, and offering additional guidance, i felt like I'd found a good group of people and good company should we wish to continue business with them. Free coffee and yummy teas are a bonus!

I really need to move all my accounts from WF to Umpqua. It's the online billpay that keeps me at WF. Certainly not their shady business practices. :(
