Yolanda was so nice and patient. There was a small hiccup in my account, she was fixing it while my supervisor called at the same time. That was impolite of me having to speak on the phone while sitting at her desk, but she was totally gracious and understanding. Great customer service.

Trey went above and beyond to help me out just before closing on a Friday. He deserves the biggest shout out for being so helpful & nice & communicative. He had to rope a bunch of people in to help solve my issue, all stemming from a vendor *not* Verity, and he made it happen. Thank you!!
