Never been treated bad being there. Not a single time. Greated fast and friendly when walking through the door also. Didn't smell like animal urine.

Haigh was up front about price, which was very reasonable considering the increased risk due to her prior infection. My girl recovered well with a clean incision and minimal scarring. I will be using them as my regular vet from now on.

Peaceful Paws Dog Boarding and Daycare
3030 E Agate Rd, SheltonWe have taken our dog to Peaceful Paws since she was a young pup, starting in mid 2021. Leslie and Shane are fabulous. It's a great place for our girl to play and socialize plus she absolutely loves it there! It's a super cool place for dogs; very clean and with lots of room to run and hang out! I trust Leslie and know my little fur baby is safe and well taken care of. I always feel great when we board our girl and never worry. I highly recommend Peaceful Paws!

We brought a rescue in for a short Time, not realizing it would ruin the dynamics of our lab and our pit-bull who were best friends.
The rescue was a very needy, pushy dog when it came to me and my partner, our other dogs felt like they had to stay away because she would step between them growl or try and Start a fight.
The Lab was like whatever…but my girl, my pitty princess who had never been aggressive or in a fight in her life was growled at and then bitten. That of course led to her defending herself. Needless to say the rescue was immediately removed from our home, but the damage was done.
I called Karen hysterical because our pity princess was now trying to fight with our lab when he would get close to us. It was absolutely devastating to our family & we weren’t giving up on our dogs.
Generally, when a pitbull fights, there’s no going back, but thankfully, she had never been in a fight prior to this and is the most loving loyal dog you’ll ever find & smart!!
Karen gave us some great direction, walking them together, keeping them apart little bits of time and getting them trusting each other again. Karen told us to see a vet which we did. They put both dogs on Prozac. She Did warn us that it might not ever be the same again and we might have to make some Hard decisions. Well, I’m pretty stubborn so in that moment, I was like nope I’ll do whatever it takes to get my dogs to love each other again and trust each other again.
BUT… here we are several months later?
They are best buds again. It took some hard work. We walked them. Our pitbull had a muzzle on for a long time. She’s smart enough to know, though she hated the dang thing! So If I started to see her hair hackle at all, I would pull out the Muzzle and say we’re being nice!! We kept them separated for a long time, her in my son‘s room him in the living room then we slowly started bringing them out to be around each other. We made them get on the bed with us mind you the pitbull had her muzzle on all the time we started moving their food bowls closer together, we started letting them play with a muzzle on we started making them stay together on the couch. We very much had to encourage peace and it was a lot of work and a long time they eat together now side-by-side again they are currently sleeping right next to me on the couch together. They sleep in the same bed together. They play all the time again our hearts are so full!!!!

We are from out of town so we were open to any suggestions and this just turned out to be a good one. The coffees that they made were all made very well and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have lots of good pastries, just kind of wish they would've had like a breakfast sandwich or something on the menu. What they do have, they do well though. So no complaints at all.

Atmosphere is very casual. Jeans, t-shirt, button up whatever. Be cool. Kinda the motto here.
The food, all homemade, and they really care. Full taste.
Huge burgers. Great prime rib. Amazing really. Ate half, brought the rest home. Don't usually do that.
They do breakfast all day too!!! Gonna be back for that!

628 W Railroad Ave, SheltonThe minute we walked into this cute well decorated diner we were greeted with smiles. Very prompt service. Waitress was wonderful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh, made with love. Highly recommend this place. Even had a couple of truckers stop in to grab to go.

118 W Alder St, SheltonMan, what not to say about this place. Food is amazing and man do they give you a lot. Not a bad thing at all obviously, but maybe bring it back a touch. Other than that, flavor is top notch and selection of dishes is really high up there. The sushi burrito was awesome from what my brother said and my poke bowl was one of the best I've ever had. They had some good Japanese beers to choose from as well, very tasty to go with the food. HIGHLY recommend visiting this place for a lunch / dinner!
