I’d much rather spend a little more supporting a small business like Mud Bay than a chain pet store. Very grateful for this shop and always look forward to stopping in to do some shopping with my very spoiled dog ??

Wilco Farm Store
3408 Hunt St NW, Gig HarborI was able to walk in today and get my dogs nails clipped right away on the spot despite being busy with other dogs! It was $23 for cut and dremmel which I thought was a great price compared to having my vet do it. I have driven by this store a million times meaning to go into look at their nursery and plant pots but never have. I walked around the store while my dog was getting his nails trimmed. What a cool place.... Part pet store, part hardware store, nursery, clothing... it was just so cool! I'll be stopping by Wilco a lot more often!

She has hair and it can get matted. So we go for a bath and brush out, even if not a hair cut. I will attach an after grooming photo.Our dog does not mind going. She jumps into Molly's arms. Molly and her staff are professional, personable and have our dog's best interest at heart. They always give plenty of notice when it is time to pick her up. And they alert us if there is any health concern (ears, teeth/breath etc) that we might want to investigate with a vet.If we have wanted something different done (length of hair, or a certain shape cut) they are totally responsive.We trust Molly. Our dog is fortunate that we found a caring, talented dog groomer in Gig Harbor.

When it comes time to find healthcare for your chosen or rescued bunn, Evergreen Animal Hospital (Gig Harbor) is absolutely worth the drive to see Dr. Marks. My big, not fancy boy bunny is the funniest pet ever and I wanted to be sure he stays healthy. I had NO idea how to do this. AND he hates car rides. From my 1st phone call I knew I had found the right place that would be worth the trauma to both of us. Called from outside, straight to a room and out of his carrier. WONDERFUL soft spoken, smiling front/tech staff. Dr. Marks sat on the floor, allowed my bunn to explore as she examined him, as he explored her. Complete physical and I DO mean complete, he didn't seem to be aware...as we were talking bunny health. NO trauma/drama." WE " were mesmerized by her. Can you say bunny whisperer? I learned so much and I am confident he will have a very long happy life with Evergreen Animal Hospital/Dr. Marks as his care advisors

Purdy Veterinary Hospital
14315 62nd Ave NW, Gig HarborWe found a large growth in our dog’s mouth on Friday and couldn’t get an appointment anywhere for a week out. Purdy was able to not only fit us in Saturday, but also remove the growth the same day, biopsy it, and have results back to us by Tuesday. They moved quick around an issue where time was potentially crucial. Thank you to Dr. Josh and staff. Our dogs are our family and we appreciate it more than you know.

Harbor Animal Hospital
4225 Burnham Dr, Gig HarborThis is not our regular vet but on a Saturday morning when my senior dog gave us the signs that it was time to let her go, Harbor Animal Hospital was open and available to help her go in peace. It's never an easy thing to do and they were very kind the entire time. They have cremation options if that is the route you want to take. We opted for an ink print and home burial. Thank you again for leading our girl over the rainbow bridge.

6565 Kimball Dr, Gig HarborDr. Parsons and her staff were great. I took my pup in around 7 PM after he lacerated his paw pad. They sedated and stitched him. He was ready to go home by 9 PM. Dr. Parsons was communicative and made us feel comfortable about the next steps. Estimate was $1,200 and that's what we paid. Staff loved Finn and were very kind.

Even though it has only been a year and half our girls have gone through so many random medical issues. I have never encountered any vets and staff that care for our dogs as much as they do. They are people that I trust to care for my dogs, and even though the vet isn’t always fun for my two girls they get so excited to see the people. Thank you all for all that you have done! Our new pup was guarding resources, biting, and sometimes aggressive when touched. I knew that the problems weren’t obedience, but behavioral instead. Ann taught us methods to work through our dog’s issues and how to read her cues so we could respond appropriately to her needs. What we learned was how to be the humans our dog needed and that each game we played was a learning opportunity. Our girl is wonderful and we’re so grateful for Ann’s help. Sound Dog Connection and Ann are a big part of our success!
