Australian Shepherd mix needed a summer haircut and our normal place couldn't get us in because he is a senior dog but they did a wonderful job and said how sweet my old dog was! And he is so handsome and did good enough with a new place a someone he didn't know, Michelle said she would definitely have him in again. Love you guys and thank you so much! My boy is bouncing and proud of his new dew!

Everyone who's worked with him has done a great job on his nails, he never even acts traumatized and since my dog is a drama queen that's really amazing. He doesn't dread going in to Grateful Dogs the way he did with other nail places. He's a beagle mix so I've never had to have him groomed but the couple times I've taken him in for a bath they've been very thorough and always paid attention to my instructions not to perfume him because of my allergies. They're also willing to accommodate the fact that he has severe separation anxiety and let me wait while they work on him. Highly recommended!!!

She really likes Tracey and seemed to be very relaxed and comfortable with her. She sent me photos and updates the whole time. I really appreciate that she does one on one treatment. I have two shih-poo puppies and this was their very first grooming experience (mine as well, since our first pup was a short hair boxer and didn’t need grooming necessarily). Laurel was very friendly at pick up and drop off, informative and suggestive when I asked “newbie” questions, and truly helped bring our grooming vision to life. We wanted the pups to have that teddy bear look and even though they aren’t the teddy bear style breed, I’d say they look like fluffy teddy bears! She even put tiny pup ties on our fur babies! We were very happy with our first grooming experience and it’s all thanks to Laurel and her team of trained groomers! We will definitely be coming back.

The website communicates that they process appointment requests in the order of when received, so when they call, I recommend not missing the call or getting back to them ASAP.
Scheduling: this was straight forward, they call and you hash out scheduling. Leading up to the appointment many reminders were sent, via email and text, according to my preferences selected when I did the online survey.
Appointment: in my case, with what I wanted out of this appointment for my dog, i’m extremely satisfied. The provider did a thorough review before determining what medications to prescribe, they checked in with me throughout the assessment to ask questions about my dogs history as well as to answer any questions I had or to clarify things I wasn’t understanding. Once the provider completed their portion I was informed of their findings and the discharge plan.
Post-appointment: once payment was handled I opted to receive the receipt via email, they provided a printed copy of the discharge plan and one was emailed as well.
**Solid communication throughout, friendly staff, and informative regarding my dog’s issues.

We rescued an older 55-pound bully pit from BHNW in the late summer of 2022. In the spring in 2023, we were contacted to consider adopting an emergency rescue 13 month-old, 30-pound, Boston/Frenchie/pit breed who needed an immediate home.
When the new dog came to us, we realized we were in way over our heads. I've been loved by mastiff/bully/bandoggue breeds for 25 years, but this rescue was beyond my skill set. She was hyper, fear aggressive, and in a constant state of hyper vigilance. We had to keep the dogs separated at all times. We hoped that the dogs would get used to each other during walks and family share times, but this did not occur. So we looked for help.
We spent the summer and fall of 2023 with a private training program that helped immensely. Luna (our pupper) made great advancements, and she began to enjoy other dogs and people, but she still was not able to exist in our home with our other bully. We spend seven months separating these two dogs. Fences, gates, and designated separate times for the family kept them peaceful, but we as a family unit were exhausted.
An employee at our dentist's office gave us Joon's name when we were discussing how our situation was stagnating. We called, and Joon spent one evening with us. Over three hours, Joon evaluated our home and pets. He left us with a strict set of instructions. We followed them.
Within two months' work and following his instructions, we were able to store the gates and fences. The accompanying image shows the results. The smaller black dog howled in fear and anger for months when she saw the larger brown dog. Now she adores him.
We had done everything right with our rescues before asking for help. We needed behavioral advice. Joon had that.
I do recommend Joon as a behaviorist. He explained to us why different training exercises would help. He showed us how to react and correct--and how to give love. He explained why we were to do anything he recommended. This man loved dogs.
We are grateful.

Baby Boomer Bikes

It's located in an office park that has plenty of safe places to ride. This business was just what I was hoping to find. Great customer service and plenty to choose from. I will update my review when my bike arrives. Okay its two weeks later and I picked up my supercool yellow Mokwheel Tarmac today. There were a couple hiccups but they took care of them and again Brad was so helpful, informative and patient. He even showed me how he straps the bike in the bed of a truck. He really goes the extra mile. When I mentioned to Chaz and Brad that I thought it was a good first bike to own they both said this bike should serve me well for many years. I live an hour away but it's worth the drive for this kind of customer service.

Would go back to try their wine tasting 5 tasting for $20. I usually don't drink white wines but I tired the Reisling to bring home for a friend. It wasn't overly sweet, I would buy it for myself too.

Top Rung Brewing Company
8343 Hogum Bay Ln NE, LaceyWhile visiting family in Olympia, we wanted to check out the local beer. We have kids, so we ran a search on Yelp for family friendly breweries, which didn't turn up many. Luckily, Top Rung was at the top of the list. Top Rung is located in an industrial area in a quiet part of town. Food Top Rung had quite a few beers on tap and offered some pizza options that they made behind the bar. I went with the HDR Hazy Sabro-Tooth Tiger IPA. The beer was served in my favorite type of drinking glasses, which are shaped like beer cans. The beer itself was very cold and tasty. 5/5 Service The bar wasn't too busy, but the staff were still friendly and knowledgeable. I only ordered one drink due to time, but still inquired about buying a glass, which they were sadly out of. 4/5 Ambiance The bar has a fire department theme and is decorated as such. They have ample inside and outside seating and even some board games. Very good vibes. 5/5 Top Rung seems like a brewery on the rise. They have all the ingredients to be very successful. If you are in the area, check them out.

Parking was a bit tricky but i'm hoping the field behind the restaurant is a designated area. I ordered the shrimo aguachile. I have zero regrets. Shrimp was fresh and deveined. The aguachile itself was perfect. I accompanied it with a negra modelo & a double of reposado. It really took me back to my parents state of Sinaloa. I am looking forward to my next visit. Eying their mojarra or enchiladas plate.
