“Just bought wiper blades for my 2006 Porsche and the sales guy had a hard time with switching out the old blades with the new ones and had to get the manager (Patrick?) who ended up giving an inservice in the bitter cold to the young salesman who sold them to me who, bless his heart tried his best. Patrick was patient beyond compare and refused a tip to him and his protege which has made me a life long customer. That might not be as good as it sounds because I’m 71 but will recommend them everyone I know.

“Last night I came in to replace my head light bulb and David and another employee were very helpful. The light bulb I bought originally didn’t look correct so David came out to help me and he notice that my headlights where completely wired wrong and the last person to own my car had really messed up my headlights and headlight harness. He was very thoughtful and explained the situation to me very well he gave me a Mobil mechanics number and he even helped me find a replacement headlight assembly online. The evening crew at this location always goes above and beyond.”
“Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.”
