“I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”

I got a quote for new brakes at a local dealership and without me telling them the cost, they were cheaper by more than $100 dollars. This is a family business owned and operated by two brothers and they have been there for many years.
They were also very nice to my little boy and gave him a toy car when we came in and now he asks to go back!

“I have been in the customer service business for over 50 years so I know service. I have not been that impressed with the service I have received from the Hyundai dealer I purchased her from new. So I tried Chuck Olson Kia. I figured they will know the car well enough being they are almost the same, the cars that is not the dealerships. My Service writer Rick Villa, from the initial phone conversation to meeting face to face in ther great facility showed me honesty and unmistakable ethics, and that was all before the total of my invoice came in thirty dollars less than quote. “Zack and his team are true mechanics and staples in the community. The only spot I could find open on a Sunday. I called him Saturday night due to an emergency with my parents car who were visiting me in the area and he was able to get me in Sunday morning. Without saying too much, this man and his team went above and beyond to help us, treating us like he knew us for years. He chose people over profit and it was clear he wasn't trying to make a quick buck but moreso build trust. This man runs an ethical business and he has my business from now on with all of our cars. “I wouldn't take my Volkswagen to any other mechanic in Seattle. Tam is the best, he has done multiple maintenance and repairs on my Jetta. He serviced the Timing belt, serviced the transmission, changed the spark plugs and ignition coil. All at the lowest prices I've found and always fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend Europa!”
“Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.”

“Some pieces on my side mirror needed to be fixed as I accidentally popped them out. I went to the dealer and they reported I would have to replace the whole side mirror & it would be a $900 ordeal. I decided to take it to Sonny’s Auto Repair just for an estimate. The guy who helped me was SO nice, ran outside to my car, and completely fixed my problem within 5 minutes right there. I begged him to let me pay for his services, and he just said whatever I was comfortable with! He saved me a whole day’s mess and hundreds of dollars. Will definitely bring my car here again. They really just want to help people.”
“I live in Ballard, but I found that Loyal Automotive had locations both here and in Shoreline, near a dealer where I wanted to buy a used car. Loyal's Shoreline team was able to see the car on just a few days' notice, explained a fault they found, and even helped me anticipate any deflecting explanations that a dealer might offer about it. Their services helped me negotiate a lower price for the car, more than paying for my time. I'm planning to have the work done at their Ballard location, as soon as the part is in. Great work!”

“I’ve been to a lot of auto shops over the years, but this one truly stands out. The team here is incredibly transparent. Steve and Ryan will walk you through everything they’re doing and never make you feel pressured or confused. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the issues in a way that actually makes sense, whether you know cars or not.
They’re also extremely thorough and detail-oriented, checking things I wouldn’t even think to ask about and making sure my car is genuinely safe and running well before I leave. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just the quick way.
Overall, it’s rare to find an auto shop that is this honest, patient, and committed to quality work. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“This dealership and their employees are the reason that I was able to lease a new EV recently! With family obligations at home, a long work commute and long work days, and being out of town on days off, I had absolutely no time to sit in a dealership for hours. I was first contacted by Mason, and he worked incredibly hard over the span of a couple of weeks to get me the information I needed. Mason checked in almost daily to let me know how things were progressing or if he was likely too busy with in person customers to help that day. When it was time to stop by in person on my way to work as we were close to an agreement, it was Mason’s day off, but sales manager Jim, and Kat, in sales, were up to speed on where Mason and I were in the process. That led to a smooth transition and with their help over the course of two, hour long drop ins on my way to work, along with the help of Sales Manager Dan, and Kellen in finance, made the process as quick and effortless as possible. Buying or leasing a car can be a rough process, and while there was a little negotiating, there was never any pressure or deceptive tactics. Everyone I worked with was friendly, and their time and effort to work with my limited availability was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Thanks y’all for making it all work!”

“Great service. Kobo was super helpful. Used great communication when he broke the bad news to me that what I thought might be a free patch was not fixable, and told me my options for replacements. He’s very knowledgeable and was patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend him! Overall, a great tire shop. The service was quick and the waiting room was clean.”
