We found an excellent living room sofa and love seat (handmade Italian leather) that more than met our expectations of both beauty and quality. The service at Dania was excellent from beginning to delivery! We were concerned about the delivery, but this was the most professional delivery we have ever encountered, bar none! Perfect ingress and set-up with no surprises or hiccups. This was most satisfying to us as we have had issues with all past deliveries of any type to our home due to stairs and such. I love how they work with multiple vendors that fit within a range of budgets. “We had such a great experience with The Phinery! It was easy to connect with Becky to describe our project and what we had in mind, and we were able to launch into the work quickly. Designer Rebecca made the process a fun one, matching our sensibility with pieces that are both lovely and complement the house. We don't have a huge space and needed it to be more functional. Her recommendations for furniture, lighting, and window treatments did just that. Janelle rounded out the team by managing all of the orders and deliveries with finesse, even when the inevitable snags occurred. All around, we couldn't be happier!”

“I am not into big box shopping. I love they are family owned and that they treat every customer with respect. I had not bought a bed in years. The sales rep asked me key questions. We also went the the clearance outlet to see what would meet my need there. In the end I was fitted with the right combo I am so at ease that it will heve no wrenches...spending a fair amount of money. The service has been excellant, and it continues if there are problems down the road. This is so rare to find such integrity. They have my vote.”

“Probably my favorite boutique shop of decorations, jewelry, stationary, gifts, etc. I have shopped hear for years and their buyer just has amazing taste. The prices are a little on the hide side but they are aligned with the quality of the products - I am just a little frugal. At every turn, there is literally something I would LOVE to have and that is NOT how I am when I shop. The service lacks. In fact, they may actually be chained to the desk with the register since they never leave it. :). Even when I ask them a question, they answer it from there. They are not rude but they are not really friendly but they do get the job done. Note the return policy is only 14 days so if you aren't 100% sure, just make sure you have time in the next 2 weeks to potentially return it. They do not make exceptions. Note that there is an upstairs which has furniture and wall decorations. That is also where the clearance items are. It is a shop you want to make sure you check out when in this cool downtown Kirkland area. You will love it!”
