“TL:DR: great work, high integrity, eager to make things right.I don't have much fine jewelry, but I will absolutely come here again whenever I need a piece repaired. I brought them my late mother's ring from the 60s/70s, and they were able to replace a stone that seemed more or less unavailable in the US. It took a while, but that is a supply issue and not the fault of Baraka. They found an almost identical match to the missing stone, and they took the matching process very seriously. They even gave me a discount for the delay *even though* that delay was beyond anyone's control and the piece was already a very slim profit for them. These are great folks.”

“The first place my boyfriend and I started looking for rings was here when we got engaged. We weren't really sure about getting a custom ring so we looked around to see what was out there and of course I had something very specific in mind once I figured out what I wanted and no one was able to offer exactly what I wanted except for here. We got to work with Christine. She helped us design exactly what we wanted, a gorgeous 3 stone Montana sapphire ring. She was amazing and I couldn't recommend working with her more. She always took care of any questions I had and was just a joy to work with. She talked me through things I would never have thought about, like would a standard wedding band sit well next to the type of setting I wanted or would I be ok with a curved band if not? She made sure I was completely confident in the choices I was making for this ring. My ring is perfect and I'm so pleased we chose to get my ring here.”

“This was my second time getting a piercing at this location and the staff are super friendly and kind! I was debating on getting a tongue piercing and surprisingly they gave me half off if done by an apprentice since I apparently pointed out a deal that was still up they mistakenly forgot to take down, told me I’ll still get half off and have a professional pierce my tongue! Very kind and very thorough about the steps to take care of my piercing. Would highly recommend coming here for your next piercing!”

“I cannot sing the praises of Tyler and his team enough! My husband and I visited Tyler after shopping around for rings at some of the chain jewelry retailers. Tyler sat with us and took the time to describe the different types of stones and settings, then let me try on a range of different options while asking me what I liked or disliked from each option. We left our initial consultation and I told my then fiancee “I don’t care what type of ring you decide to get… but make sure you go to Tyler to get it”. As an extra twist I work in healthcare and also wanted rings I could wear safely at work with gloves, that hold up well individually but can also be worn together. Katie is a creative genius and worked with me every step of the way to make my vision a reality, and I get compliments on my rings all the time. My husband, meanwhile, wanted a simple tungsten ring, and is very picky about fit and style but wasn't sure how to articulate what he did and didn't like.
