We received excellent service by the person at West Coast Self Storage. I'll definitely rent from them in the future, and will avoid renting directly from the adjacent U-Haul next door.”

“Newer construction, very clean public areas. Lots of cameras and pretty secure. it would be difficult to access any unit other than the one(s) you are allowed to.
Just don't get freaked out by the ambient noise they play. No one is watching TV in their unit but you will think they are lol”

When I accidentally got charged for an extra month after moving out she called me and made sure i got refunded for the extra charge, went above and beyond during the check out process.

“I rented there about a month ago and did so after reading some pretty bad reviews mixed with some good reviews as well. I went in and planned on making my decision depending on the person working the front desk because alot of the negative reviews were directed at the employees working the front desk. The person that I dealt with was VERY pleasant and accommodating and it was overall a good experience. So as of right now,I give them 4 stars only because the answering service that takes calls for them is not a good one. Both times I called I was greeted with an attitude. The one lady was soo rude,she acted like it was putting her out to take a message!! I mean you would have thought I asked her to move heaven & earth. You could hear the disdain in her every move on the other end of line. All she had to do was take down a message!!”
“I have rented here many times and during the day it can easily take 30 minutes but tonite I told the young man who was closing up that I had a ferry to catch and he wasted no time at all. So helpful and efficient. Out the door with a truck in under 10 minutes. Awesome!”
“Dave and Phil have been very friendly from the beginning and patient in answering all my questions. It’s convenient to have them right next to a U-Haul location.
