“I love this place. Super fast. And the people are 9 times out of 10 helpful. Only once did I have an employee force me to use the kiosk when there was no one else in line. Most of the time they are friendly and know its going to be fast and why not be kind to a customer? The star removal is because its a dangerous parking lot. Like, no signage, no paint directions, people whipping in and out to go to the bank or fedex or Costco. They should really paint some directions and add signs and make sure the trucks are parked where they do not block the view of people getting out.”

“What a great experience. This is a locally family-run print shop staffed by genuinely excellent humans: thoughtful, generous, and a pleasure to work with. I needed extra design help to get my files print-ready and make some last-minute changes, and they gave their time and patience freely. High quality work, reasonable prices, and the kind of care that makes you want to come back. I highly recommend them.”

“I've been coming here for 8 years - that should be enough said. If you need a wrap on a vehicle, sign for your business, a banner, anything like that this is your one stop shop. They've done many wraps for me as well as banners and I have always been impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their service. You won't be disappointed!”

“It has been a great experience working with Crossroad Sign. Excellent communication, professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to getting my project done on time. They took the time to work with my landlord to come come up with a mutually acceptable design before proceeding with the fabrication. The install was smooth and I am very pleased with the outcome.”

“Great overall experience! Michael assisted us in getting everything done for a custom sign that we wanted created and installed for a new alterations location in Downtown Seattle. Our store is in an old historic building, and this created additional permits and steps in order to get approved. Michael helped us in every step of the way, from start to finish. He really made this entire experience as stress-free as possible for us. We are very happy with the finished product. The quality of the work exceeded our expectation. Thank you so much Michael! - Yuriy and Vladimir from American Freestyle Alterations”

“I’ve been here a few times, it’s been really busy. I didn’t think much of it. I went again and got some help with my passport renewal a with Megan. She was so nice and helped me feel better. I was really stressed out about my situation and she did a fantastic job. I went there the next day and a guy helped me; I don’t recall the name and he was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this Fed Ex They do get but worth the wait.”

“The owner is so sweet and thoughtful! I didn’t realize the store was closed on Labor Day but he still answered the phone and printed my sewing patterns for me the same day. Also, this is the only place I’ve found that can print A0 and A4 sewing patterns. I had called 5 different places already and this place was the only one! Will definitely be coming back for all my sewing pattern needs :)”

“Shive was quick, kind, responsive and so professional. FINALLY a company with QUALITY CONTROL! Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them. Thank you - I will be back! Denise Smith, The Charette Group”

“Convenient and quick location for dropping off packages. If you already have a QR code, the process can be a little confusing, it’s not always clear whether you should complete the transaction yourself at the kiosk or have an associate assist you. I tried to get clarification from an associate but wasn’t able to get a clear answer. Despite that, the location is convenient and makes package drop-offs fast and easy.”

“These guys are incredible! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’m actually a bit embarrassed I haven’t posted a review on their behalf before. I have used them for years for corporate printing projects. They are always warm, pleasant, easy, accessible, great at communicating, and just make things easier. Their prints are always perfection (I’ve had multiple compliments from accounts and customers). They offer helpful suggestions to make my jobs better, and are even sweet, remembering my name amongst the sea of people they see. It’s just printing and shipping, so we’re not saving lives here - but man it’s refreshing to have a go-to I can trust to do the job beautifully, without question, every single time. Thanks guys!!! You are THE BEST.”

“This location does not charge any extra fees when dropping off pre-paid labels, like other FedEx locations in the area do. I highly recommend dropping off your packages at this FedEx location near Whole Foods, rather than the other locations.”

“I had a good experience printing my documents. The staff helped me to get my documents printed, friendly and patient. Dropping only 1 star as the self-service suddenly went down requiring reboot and maintenance. I also requested first pages to be printed but whole pages were printed. Overall happy with this location and kudos to the staff.”

“Yesterday my friend and I came in to print off a lot of important documents. I told the lady behind the counter we will need help and she gave me a card and left us to figure it out. We didn't, had to ask her 3 times for help. Nothing got resolved intell this very nice young lady her name was lyann came to the rescue. She actually showed us and we got everything printed off. She also help with getting other documents printed off for us. Her customer skills were outstanding. She was kind, patient and so helpful. The other lady, she was not any of the above. I believe she was a manager. She was not helpful, and she was rude. Lyann, thank you so much for all your help. I hope your position will upscale to Management. Your awesome.”

“I have been using this FedEx Office (formerly Kinkos) store for over twenty years, and I have always appreciated the clarity of the bidding process and the quality of the production process. This year, however, takes the cake in terms of overall speed, efficiency, care, and production quality—thank you!”
