“I came in today for a large number of boxes with a variety of dimensions and requests. Maria, the UPS representative behind the counter, was exceptionally professional and helpful with me. She showed me some new ways to make the boxes work with my needs and was very polite the entire time! 5 stars for sure!”

They cover all of your shipping needs and help you get the best value for what you're trying to ship.
Much like all of the businesses located in Capital Hill, this place has only street parking available. And it's popular before the end of the day, so plan accordingly.
The location has boxes and packaging in-house for purchase as well as office supplies and candy!
Staff is friendly, and I love the homely vibe of this spot. There were birds churping and people stopping by, whether it's the regular or the newby like me.
Kind and knowledgeable service.

“These folks are great. Just moved in and the new manager is solid and attentive, and the vibe of the building is a little older and funky! I'm not a fan of the price increases but if you ask them about it, they're honest and open about the reasons and it isss pretty common to see at storage faculties so I cant blame them,
I do like their insurance alternative, and they have good security systems. Great location too, right by the shops on the Ave.
I will say though... if a practice like price increases is common but its a bad practice that none of the people who shop there like (see the other reviews), you should probably think about that? Its sad a place like this gets a bad rap for an industry standard, but hey. Capitalism in 2025, amirite?”

“This UPS store is super convenient if you live in Wallingford. The store is clean and brightly lit. The two guys working there were very friendly and helpful. I got my package boxed up and shipped within 10 minutes and the price was very reasonable. “Yes, they accept FedEx drop off and ups drop off! They don’t do QR codes, so you would have to print your own label FYI.
I finally don’t have to drive to fisherman’s terminal for FedEx drop off now because it takes extra 20 mins out of the day where this is so conveniently located in the village :)”
“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”
“Great hours, the location is very convenient. I love that I can just drop off my prepaid package. I work longer hours so closing at 6:00 makes it nice when I need to drop packages off or mail packages out! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful!”

“The best virtual mail service I’ve ever used — hands down. Great location, competitive pricing, and Mr Scott had amazing customer service. He respond quickly and he’s always helpful.
Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare. I’ve tried many mail services in different places in Washington and other states - I am traveling a lot- this is by far the best one. Highly recommended!

“I have been a box customer here for 3 years. Kevin (“the Asian guy”) is direct and forward, not rude. He is very helpful when you need him, is always patient with me even when I have a ton of returns or come in 5 minutes before closing. He’s even walked stuff out to my car before.
The Amazon kiosk and drop off makes returns easy. If you ask for help, one of the employees will help you.
There’s street parking in the front. I think a lot of these reviews are misunderstandings. I’m nice to them so all the UPS employees are nice and helpful to me. Simple reciprocity.”

“The staff were incredible! They had our whole passport application for our newborn daughter ready for us, including reformatting the JPG photo we sent to make it passport-friendly. I told them I’d stop by to pick everything up, and they went ahead and printed everything ahead of time. I also had to get another form notarized, and they were quick and efficient with it. Very impressed with this UPS location in particular!”

“Update 12/5 - I've come in since learning about new ownership and things have improved here! Happy to use their services again.
I've used Lake Union Mail to print my shipping labels and it went from $1 to $2 without notice to print a single piece of paper and slip it in the clear sleeves that UPS/FedEx provide.
I came here for stamps once and when I received my total I knew something was off. When I asked he said they mark them up but didn't transparently provide that info.
The man that works here is super unfriendly and makes it uncomfortable to use their services, which is the main reason I won't come back here.”

“ICS works really well for our lifestyle and business, we find the service to be phenomenal! It's better than just a PO box or UPS box because you can register this as your personal business address which is great if you have an online business. The owners and office administrator have always kind to us and our pets. We can see our mail when it's delivered, get it scanned or sent to us wherever we are in the country for a very reasonable price. We know our packages are safe when we can't pick them up immediately. I've never had a problem dropping in to pickup my mail during business hours. We love coming in to use the cozy office space, get a cup of coffee and use their fast internet. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some negative ones, those are likely outlying situations because overall ICS has been very reliable service over the 3 years we've been with them.”

“After getting our mail broken into twice in a couple of months our HOA decided that we wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old mailboxes to the new stronger mailboxes. Our HOA had found a couple of sites that sold them, one person that would install it if we had a concrete pad and was looking for a 3rd contractor to pour a pad and haul away our old mailbox. I reached out to Christian and they were able to handle all aspects of the job in a timely manner. He even had the mailbox in stock. He was friendly, professional, and the job was completed as promised at the exact quoted amount. Christian is very friendly and I spoke with him for a few minutes during the install and he goes the extra mile to make the process smooth for his customers. He confirmed the day before and the morning off and showed up on time. I would highly recommend you work with him for your locking mailbox.”
