Worth giving them a call. You can work past the old school gruff on the phone and get yourself a great deal on lumber. When I called I asked about a more expensive wood, they were able to walk more through why the cheaper option was better.

“I love Churros. Please bring back the classic churros Costco. The hotdogs are delicious I like everything on it including sauerkraut, so keep that available please. I like the pepperoni pizza but it's a 6, so if you do extra cheese extra pepperoni then that would be a 10. Please bring back the churros.”
