The bulk produce is probably only useful if you're an actual business or serving a very large family, but for non-perishable goods everybody should shop here provided you have the space. You can literally save upwards of 75% compared to the nearby PCC or Trader Joe's. Extremely grateful to have this in Ballard. Nightmare to walk to though, but that's another thing”

“Normally I try and maximize my bang for the buck by shopping at Costco when possible. It's a double edged sword though as there are fewer skus to choose from. To my surprise they didn't have canned clams. Chef's Store to the rescue! If it's food related there's a good chance you'll find it here. Good pricing too. Vegetables, fruit, meats, condiments , canned goods, utensils - pretty much everything food related. A serious foodie friend tuned me on to this place when it was called something else. Having a senior moment because I can't recall the name offhand. You might have to dodge a few sketchy looking folks in the neighborhood but once you're there - all good in da hood. :) They have little cans of clams but why mess around?”

“Glass Eye Studio is a wonderful little kiosk located in Pike Place Market. Even though the space is small, it is packed with beautiful handcrafted glass art. I found myself stopping to admire the incredible attention to detail in every piece. They had a wide variety of items, including glass flowers, animals, bowls, and colorful pumpkins. Each piece felt unique and carefully made. The vibrant colors and creative designs made it difficult to choose a favorite. My boyfriend ended up purchasing a beautiful glass bowl that immediately caught his eye. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and it made for a special souvenir from our trip. One of the highlights of our visit was chatting with the seller. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to share information about the artwork. “Typical Costco. Parking lot was almost half full 15 minutes after opening. Lines to get gas were not too bad, we only had to wait for 2 cars ahead of us. However, if the line was any longer it wouldn't have been worth the minimal discount. We found everything we needed and there were not any empty shelves that we noticed. Things like eggs which had previously been out are now stocked. We had to wait over 20 minutes to check out, which is never fun. However they had all the check stands open and were probably as efficient as they could be. The most unpleasant thing by far was employees coming up to people in the checkout line and trying to get them to sign up for a credit card.”

Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps. By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website.
