“be warned vegans & veganettes, this store is fraught with vegan junk food so if you prefer unprocessed food id stick to the produce aisle. but no kidding this store is super filled with lots of vegan food & beauty so definitely worth it Updated from previous review on 2026-01-22”

“I came in with a very last minute request for brown paper to wrap a bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday. She was having a rough day and I knew flowers would cheer her up. Rachel at the Customer Service desk was more than willing to help me since the floral department was closed. I couldn't have been more grateful! She was so sweet and very helpful! Give that woman a raise! :) The flowers were perfect and I couldn't have made it happen without Rachel!”

“Have been shopping here since the store opened. And before in the Brem. location. The most important thing (the prices) are simply the most competitive (lowest) of all the mainline local grocery stores. THIS keeps me coming back. I can save (around) 15% on my grocery bill. Other pluses - the store is consistently clean, the selection is good, and the staff are helpful. These stores have the whole package. Only wish this private company would go public - so I could buy some stock!!!”

“I like Safeway very well. Friendly, clean and good variety of products. Update in 2024.I still like them but as of 5-24-24 the last couple times I bought cookies from the bakery, they were hockey pucks. They used to be semi soft but someone's overcooking.”
