I was greeted upon entering the store and was assisted shortly after it wasn't as busy at the time of day I went and the service was speedy.

Nothing against the workers here but what a dismal place to endure. Just in returning equipment you have to wait in this hellish commercial wasteland... two minutes is to long but two hours is absolutely ridiculous.

I don't get the bad reviews went to pick up my router and I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes Derek was very helpful and I forgot the other guy's name but he was also helpful
