“In July, my Ford F-150 started having all sorts of problems. Engine knocking, rough starts, sputtering, limp mode, etc. I called up Doc and had the truck towed to his shop. He was able to get me in, same day, and diagnose all of the problems within 24 hrs of dropping off the truck with him.
Turns out, my truck was worse for wear than I had thought and the repair cost would have been more than the truck was worth. Instead of insisting on repairs, which would have costed me thousands, Doc advised me to cut my losses. I did have the option to repair it if I wanted to, but I sincerely appreciate him and his team’s honesty and insistence about it. Other shops I’ve had the displeasure of giving my business to would have tried to rake me over the coals, but not Doc!
You can tell as soon as you meet Doc and his team that they know their craft very well, and will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their abilities.”

I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics had failed to fix completely, and in less than a day at Safety Auto Repair, the problem was solved. Farshad also sent me a video of the problem and explained the repair, and was able to find a specific bolt that made the repair much less expensive than it would have been. I will come back again and again!”
“Everybody there is really nice, very inviting. They even remembered my name, which I thought was really crazy. But I really appreciate that. When I first did my business here at one point I received something from the mail, I got a scratch card. I didn't win anything but I thought that was still pretty neat. I also like the complementary shuttle service, you'll have to be a local to be able to utilize the shuttle service. It's not a bus but it's somebody's personal vehicle, like an uber”

“This shop is really phenomenal. It is a hidden gem of great customer service. From the outside looking in you may think it looks a bit messy but the gentleman working within know what they're doing and are offering kind, fair service. Today I showed up with an issue in my gas tank and foolishly it was my mistake and the gentleman helping me (seemingly the owner as he was the one answering the phone and giving the great service) advise me how to not make the mistake in the future and did not charge for assisting me. I felt that was very kind as it did not take more than 2 to 3 minutes for him to help me.. although he was very busy working on other cars, so I appreciatedthe quick diagnostic and wanted to show my appreciationhere. Would definitely return.”
“I can say with confidence that no other company in the auto repair space (or any other business for that matter) has treated me like JT at A-Z Transmission. Not only did he fix the 4x4 issues with my F250, he was extremely accommodating with me picking the truck up after hours when I had to deal with my daughter getting in a fender bender. And a few days later he called to ask how the truck was running and how my daughter was doing! Who does that in this day and age? Consequently I will be a customer for life as long as JT is there, fantastic experience from a very honest and caring person.”

“We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good.Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. Jeff is the only one I trust, I have had bad experiences at dealerships and other places. I will only come here and I recommend everyone to come here for all your car needs.”

“I want to thank this company for hiring such a kind and talented employee! I locked my keys in the car and was stranded at Providence Hospital! After a long visit with my dying relative I was so distraught especially when I left to find my keys locked in my vehicle! Well I did have road side assistance so I thought things would go smoothly. They sent out a two company and the man worked on my vehicle for a very long time and used several tools and could not get in! He finally gave up and suggested leave my vehicle and come back tomorrow to get help from someone else. Well I called my insurance back and they sent out a request for a different tow company- Ron May Towing and Recovery of Everett and the service was amazing, Mike arrived with a friendly, kind and professional attitude. He was so efficient he got my vehicle unlocked in less than 5 minutes using the same tools as the other company! I really appreciated his friendly, positive personality and skills! Mike helped make a completely horrible night turn around! I highly recommend Ron May Towing! When I called today to talk to the manager of both him and his receptionist where wonderful too!
