My alternator was bad and I knew this as I had just left the repair shop. These guys were more than willing to help me out and get me on the road back home. “I have had troubles with auto parts stores in the past being an older woman. Early this week I was hesitant to go inside but I was greeted immediately by one of the employees named xy. She was more than happy to help me find what type of oil I needed for my van. I have trouble walking and she even went outside to make sure I got the right type and offered to put it in for me. “First time at this location on 3/7/26, car died, needed a battery apparently and wanted the alternator checked. This place was extremely busy! Their manager not only checked what I needed, he installed my battery for me. I get that this is a service that the store offers, but he was kind, professional and did not make me feel like a bother on an already busy day with a line 15 people deep and down 2 employees that day. I unfortunately failed to remember his name, but he is the manager. So in hopes that his direct supervisor and or above sees this; He is a stellar representation of your company and I hope you recognize the value that he brings to this location and company name.
