“I didn't know what I needed to make the changes that my new fuel pump needed. I needed to go from a stiff metal tubing to a flexible USCG approved tube. I needed all the fittings as well due to the changes. I spent 2 hours at 3 different local chain parts suppliers, they were useless, and I'll never get that time backI went to Williams, Bill had it figured out and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. “What a find! I wish I knew about this place years ago. We moved and were missing some screws from our furniture. We called the furniture company with no help and tried looking in tons of bins at Home Depot and Lowe's. One trip to Tacoma screws and it was resolved in seconds. They have a counter with four associates just to help you look for what you need. All you have to do is pull a number and wait. It is quite efficient. They gave me five screws. For free! What nice people! I highly recommend and will be going there in the future for all my hardware needs”

So he knows roofing inside and out. Allot of roofers forget about convoy, but if you don't atleast give them a call, you will never know, if you can get a better deal. So make sure, if your tired of your current supplier,call Convoy. They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. So is a breath of fresh air, too see that. Thank you Convoy, and all the hard workers you have”

“Julie, Caroline, and Andrew were nothing short of amazing!I was attempting to cut a 2in diameter hole for a desk mount. I purchased both chuck sizes HURCULESE brand to fit the saw which was also HURCULESE. The addapter for the larger size chuck didt fit my 3/8th in drill. So I returned it for the entire HURCULESE holesaw kit. I checked it in my car just to find out, the kit assumes you have both 3/8th AND 1/2in drills available at your disposal. The employees were nothing short of amazing returning the kit even though I had opened it. The return process was seemless for me but absoltuly cumbersom for your employess. This is a shot at Corprate Harbor Frieght. NOT my local store. I buy here atleast once a week for somthing that would take too much time to find at Homedepot or just to find out they only carry it online. Julie, Caroline, and Andrew thank you! sorry for the trouble even though NONE of you complained at any part of the anoing process(just want to be fully clear about that), and Corprate please fix this process for my local store.Thank you.”
