He transferred everything over and that was great but then there was something wrong with my email and I had to come in twice to fix it and each time he did it quite expertly even when it didn't work the first time . he has great work habits and skills, and a kind and patient teacher . Great Verizon worker!!”

“I want to start this review by saying, I am not one who gives good reviews... the way I see it, if the service was good, no need to review it. But the last two visits to this store made me rethink that policy. Taryn was absolutely fantastic. Taryn was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the galaxy s24 ultra. I love this phone so much it has everything I wanted and more. Taryn also helped me pick out an amazing phone case, liquid screens for the front and back, as well as camera lens covers. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. People like Taryn definitely deserve more than they are being paid(whatever number that may be) and should be utilized in training of more staff. 11/10

Where thankfully we are always greeted/helped by Roxanne and her team. I'm not cell phone savvy. I thank her and her team for always being there for. It's always laugh because there's never really anything wrong with my phone. It's truly owner error. Till my next phone defaults.

I then visited the store and was greeted by Sean. He immediately started working on resolving our issue and even communicated directly with my son.
