“The Sova brothers are truly my saviors. Last year, my 18 year old son was involved in a car accident. 100% the other drivers fault. This was my son's first car. It was an older car, a 1998 model, but to my son, it was his everything. Due to its age, the faulty drivers insurance deemed his car a total loss. My son was heart broken, which caused me a heartbreak too.
So the insurance gave us the option to retain the car or surrender it, and the agent gave us 3 days to figure it out. I called EVERY collision repair company that came up on the Google search...big companies....and they all said they won't touch it after hearing it was a total loss, saying that they would be liable, and that WSP would have to inspect the vehicle before he can drive it again.
First, what kind of quality work are these big companies providing to be worried about liability? If you do a good job, you don't have to worry, right?
Anyways, I was frustrated. I was literally in tears cause we bought this car for over 10k in cash 2 years prior and my son needed a car. But then, a friend told me to reach out to Sova Auto Repair. Omg, he certainly has a lot of knowledge. He himself used to be a auto insurance appraiser for years. Plus, he told me that all the other big Collision repair companies were giving me wrong information about WSP inspection etc etc.
Well, they did an amazing job repairing my son's car. The hood was shipped out if Michigan cause of the age of the car, he had to go out of his way to find parts for it. They matched the red color perfectly and tbh, it looked better than before and they could do it all for less than what the insurance paid out. Its been 6 months now and his car is still driving smoothly. I cannot thank the Sovas enough for helping us.
I know the shop doesn't look like much when you drive by, but they provide great quality work and customer service. I would definitely come back.”
