“The whole experience with Jeff was just awesome. He was super nice and punctual getting my mom’s truck into the shop for a rock chip in the window. It took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but he kept me updated on the process which I won’t fault him for.We found out that the chip had some debris potentially stuck in the crack, and explained the process of repairing something like a regular chip, and why the repair didn’t go as well as he thought. He told me that he couldn’t guarantee that it would hold, but got it at least as good as he possibly could and said it would be no charge for the service since he couldn’t guarantee it would hold.He was honest, nice, and has very high standards for his work. I would highly recommend him for repairs because he will get it done correctly and professionally!”
