Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable (I asked A LOT of questions), and quick. In the end I was convinced enough to move all my accounts over to WESCU. I highly recommended this branch and these 2 employees.”

“I love my bank! I've never had an experience with them that was less than excellent. The people here are so friendly and helpful.
Last year I turned 18 and had an issue where I could only deposit so much money per day, because I opened my account as a minor. I called this location and the team had it fixed within an hour or so.
Also, the app works very well and I rarely have issues with it. Everything is simple and accessible and I love that I was able to open a HYSA just using the app and website. Occasionally the app will be down for maintenance, but otherwise never an issue.”

“Always a struggle at the ATM, English or Spanish is a joke in this area and slows things down. Slower at the windows you're better off going in. Customer service is always great.”

“Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”
