Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable (I asked A LOT of questions), and quick. In the end I was convinced enough to move all my accounts over to WESCU. I highly recommended this branch and these 2 employees.”

“Always a struggle at the ATM, English or Spanish is a joke in this area and slows things down. Slower at the windows you're better off going in. Customer service is always great.”

“Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”
“Not even a member yet but I still came here for an auto loan. I spoke with Cheyenne and she helped me with the financing for the auto that I wanted. She guided me through all the necessary hoops that are required and answered all of my questions that I had . She is very professional and friendly.”
