I have been a BECU member for 20 years. I've been in Spokane Valley almost 7 yrs and exclusively use the branch on Sullivan. I have always had a positive, friendly interaction with the staff.

They are a teller-less branch. Meaning you can only deposit checks and cash through the ATM. Came here before they closed and had a larger than usual check I wanted to deposit with a live person and was told I had to deposit the check through the ATM or go to a different branch.
